Nos hospedamos para aproveitar o réveillon 2021/22...A casa em si é muito boa espaçosa bem equipada,sem muito a reclamar...algums reajustes que ajudariam bastante como uma tela na lavanderia e no banheiro debaixo ou um forro para evitar a entrada de bichos como um sapo que apareceu e algumas aranhas pequenas..por ser uma área de preservação não pode ser totalmente asfaltada ai junto a chuva de 3 dias e tivemos algumas surpresa da natureza a localização e muito boa.. ar condicionado nos quartos ajuda muito na hora de dormi...

Réveillon 2021

O local é um pouco distante de supermercado, o mais próximo fica ha 15min a pé, mas é bem pequeno. Os maiores ficam em media 10/15min de carro. A praia do Jabaquara é tranquila e limpa, em média 15 min a pé. Ja o centro histórico fica acessível de carro, ja que a pé demora +/- 25 minutos. Não conseguimos uber ou taxi na região, mas acredito que seja pela demanda na semana do ano novo, tivemos muita dificuldade para conseguir algum motorista para nos levar em outros lugares. A rua da casa nao tem asfalto, como choveu foi um pouco ruim, mas nada que tenha prejudicado. Mas uns 200 metros para frente já havia asfalto. O ideal é que viagem de carro para essa região. A casa é bem equipada é extremamente limpa. Maria nos recepcionou muito bem e me aguardou até tarde para mostrar as instalações e fez um bolo para nós. Não está na descrição, mas os dois quartos possuem ar-condicionado (essencial para o calor que estava). Maria estava disponível o tempo todo via whatsapp para nos dar suporte. A viagem foi muito boa!

Simples e charmosa

Estive com a família no Carnaval/2020 no imóvel e me surpreendi com o ótimo custo benefício. Casa no bairro Jabaquara, extremamente limpa e arejada. Local super tranquilo pra quem quer sossego. O casal anfitrião Maria e Murilo nos receberam muito bem, nos deixaram a vontade durante a estadia e se mostraram prontos e dispostos a auxiliar caso houvesse necessidade. Eu e todos os outros viajantes decidimos dar 5 estrelas ao imóvel pelo capricho e carinho dos proprietários. Adoramos e voltaremos com certeza.
