WHAT IS PROVIDED:
Spectrum Rental Properties will provide sheets and bath towels. Beach towels and equipment is not provided. If you would like information on beach equipment rentals, we are more than happy to provide you with a list. Properties will be provided with a starter kit in each full bathroom and kitchen. Each kitchen starter kit will contain a small bottle of dish soap, two dishwasher pods, sponge, and two fragrance free laundry pods. The kitchen will also have one extra trash bag
Each bathroom starter kit will contain a travel size shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, makeup wipe, and body bar.
Spectrum Rental Properties is unfortunately not able to provide additional boxes/bags. This is a starter kit; anything additional will be guests responsibility to provide.

Summer Winds Resort

Our stay was wonderful. The condo and the complex is fantastic. Its clean, well taken care of and I really like that there is 24 - 7 security. The only thing I can complain about is that you close the outside pools to early. There are no outside chairs or loungers to use after Oct 15th. I would move that date out until the end of Oct.

Just ok

The property manager was amazing, but we felt like the property itself was just ok. The building was being worked on while we were there, so allot of noise mixed with a very crabby security guard who was so rude, just made our time there just ok. Not mad that it was being worked on as improvements have to be made and people have to work, just annoying to be woke up to loud noises when your on vacation. Very pretty beach great location my only dislike was there was no ramp so we had to carry our wagon down and up the steps each time, but that’s not their problem I didn’t look closely enough to that detail. Also the town itself was not my favorite, but not the worse. It like I said was just ok.
