A magnificent view home (brand new – 2024) located above and overlooking the beach in Play Hermosa Costa Rica. This is an Instagram dream home located within the gates of Valle Perdido with full time security, private drive access, and amazing views of the Pacific Ocean.
The jungle provides other spectacular views (including wildlife) from your 6 large bedroom suites / balconies (all with their own private bathrooms). A huge kitchen and living room overlook the pool and the incredible ocean vistas.
Downstairs includes a game room (pool table & bar) attached to an expansive BBQ area. Upstairs has a second living room and terrace for evening sunsets. This house is perfect for family reunions and friend get-togethers.

Guest access:You can park in a secured gated parking that will fit 4 cars.
Other things to note:
Check in is at 3:00pm and our local concierge will acclimate you into the home with all the amenities for you to enjoy (Wi-Fi, TVs everywhere (including 2 – 85” Samsungs). The name of our home is Casa Marlin and we can’t wait for you to enjoy Costa Rica (Pura Vida)!
