Gather around the cozy fireplace in the living room on chilly evenings or unwind by the outdoor fire pit, perfect for making memories with loved ones. Indulge in an active lifestyle with indoor and outdoor pools, a serene beach area, and a playground for the young ones. Nestled in the heart of the Poconos, you'll relish being close to all the region's delights, like Camelback Ski Mountain and Jack Frost Mountain. Blue Ski Mountain, Shawnee Ski Mountain, Pocono Raceway, Kalahari, Aquatopia, and Great Wolf Lodge water parks. There are five different Community Lakes in the Emerald Lakes Community. Only 20 minutes from the Pocono Premium Outlets.

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
SMOKING There is no smoking of any kind inside the house. There is a $200 per day smoking fee with immediate eviction if someone smokes in the house.
SECURITY We have on site security. If we have to dispatch security for any reason to your rental, there will be a $200 charge to the guest.
HIGH EFFICIENCY CAR We do not allow guest to charge high efficiency cars at our house. Our house is not electrical suitable to charge any kind of EV.
