Welcome to our newly renovated, stylish 3 bedroom in Pittsburgh, PA. Our home is centrally located and can sleep up to 6 guests. Located in beautiful and quiet Fineview neighborhood. Community farm across from house. Walking Trail right down the street from the house. Up the street and around the corner you get to see the skyline view of Downtown Pittsburgh. Personally prefer the night skyline view with bright lights, bridges, and skyscrapers - BEAUTIFUL!

Lots of attractions near by within minutes drive and walking distance:
6mins drive to Acrisure Stadium (Formerly Heinz Field)
5mins drive to Children's Museum, 6 mins to Andy Warhol Museum
8mins drive to Carnegie Science Center, Point State Park, Benedum Center for the Performing Arts
4 mins drive to National Aviary
3 mins drive / 0.6 miles to Allegheny General Hospital.

The space: Living room- Sofa, center table, accent chair and floor lamp for reading. Smart TV and board games provided for entertainment.

Kitchen- Fully equipped kitchen with brand new appliances (Refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher) All cooking utensils and glassware provided. Coffee machine and electric kettle provided as well and includes beverages (coffee and hot chocolate).

Bedrooms- Two bedrooms have queen size beds and one bedroom has a double sized bed. All rooms provided with extra bedding and pillows. Working space also provided. Blackout curtains that are just perfect for a good night's sleep!!!

Bathrooms - 2 Full bathrooms with rain shower head in shower. Extra towels provided. Hair dryer, shampoo and conditioner as well as make up wipes provided.

Patio- Furniture provided for outdoor seating and relaxation. Fenced backyard. Outdoor games like Cornhole provided.

Guest access- there is full access to all rooms, basement and patio. We ask that our guests are aware of low ceiling and steep stairs in basement. Washer and dryer is also available on the property.

Family friendly - Great for kids of all ages. Highchair, Baby/Toddler Feedware, Pack N' Play, and Fun Family Games provided.

Security- front ring door bell, back door ring cameras, and pin-activated front door access.

Safety - First Aid Kit and Fire Extinguisher located in cabinets above and below the kitchen sink. Smoke and Carbon Monoxide Detectors located throughout the property.

High Speed Internet - Throughout the property including Patio seating area.

Pet Friendly - Food/Drink bowls, play toys, snacks, sleeping bed, and Cat Litter Bowl with Cat Litter.

Super clean newly renovated

Great location close to downtown. If your tall don't expect to use the basement toilet. Its an older house with a low height basement. Loved the place and would gladly return next time I'm in Pittsburgh. Host was great with communication.

Great house! Steep stairs so I would recommend elderly, children, or injured stay in bedroom downstairs. Host was quick to respond to lockbox question. It was close enough to the city without being downtown. Host had snacks and hygiene amenties there. It was also very pet friendly for cats too!!

Inside was very nice. Not too far from downtown, parking right out front. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because the host gave us an incorrect code for check in to get in, and we had to call VRBO so they could call him (he didn’t give his number) and waited 30 mins outside the place before we heard back from him and received a correct code. He was very apologetic though and said that never happened before.

Nice house, a work in progress

Owner was very nice and communicative. House has been renovated in a less then desirable neighborhood. Upstairs large, nicely renovated bathroom had no AC and was 90-95 degrees. The bedrooms had window units which worked well, but the hall way, stairs and bathroom were stifling. We didn’t stay the night because the entire area lost power and with no electricity or means of lighting we had to pack up everything and get a hotel room downtown. The house beside this one, has less than desirable neighbors.

Thanks for your feedback John. In regards to power outage the whole Pittsburgh experienced this due to thunderstorms and it’s unfortunate you experienced that during your stay. Regards to cooling in the bathroom, the temperature for that week were record high and eventually cools down . We haven’t had an issue with cooling with our previous guests. We understand all your frustration and glad it was resolved but most if not all your issues were unlikely situations that were out of our control and happened in the very brief time you stayed with us. We strive quality service and provide the very best for our guests so it’s unfortunate your stay ended up this way.

There are art pieces and decor throughout the house that accentuate the overall appearance of the home and provides an elegant appearance to the house.
