Located in a golf-course neighborhood and the historic and upscale Starmount Forest neighborhood.

Close to a bunch of Triad golf courses such as Starmount Forest, Sedgefield country club, or Grandover resort! It is a golfer's paradise and perfect stay for the Wydham Championship.

As you enter, you'll be greeted by a driveway with room for 6 cars, ensuring parking is never a hassle. Please do not have more than 6 cars.

Step inside to discover a haven of relaxation and comfort, where every detail has been meticulously curated for your enjoyment.

The main floor has an adult game-room with pool table, arcade games, and bar right next to the living room. Both rooms have a TV.

The kitchen is immediately adjacent to these rooms and the dining room. The elevated back deck also has dining space and is right off the kitchen. The garage is connected and has a ping-pong table.

Head downstairs for a movie theatre with plenty of seating space.

The bedroom configuration is as follows -

Upstairs (5 bedrooms). There is a common space bathroom in the hall-way with double-vanity sync and shower / tub combo:

Master bedroom: King bed, desk, TV, and private en-suite bathroom.
Bedroom 2: King Bed and TV
Bedroom 3: Queen Bed and TV
Bedroom 4: Two Queen Beds and TV (this bedroom has separate stairway entrance from main floor)
Bedroom 5: Two full Beds and TV

Main Floor:
Bedroom with queen bed and a half bathroom in the common-space.

Basement:
Bedroom with full-over-full bunk-bed with en-suite bathroom (bathroom has shower).

You'll find all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay, including Wi-Fi, a coffee maker to kickstart your mornings, and a washer/dryer for added convenience. We are working to add a second washer and dryer.

When hunger strikes, venture out to discover nearby restaurants. And for those who prefer to cook at home, groceries are conveniently located nearby, making meal preparation a breeze. There are also food and grocery delivery options.

Triad Paradise is located near Hamilton Lakes Park that has walking trails. The Starmont Forest neighborhood is a lovely place to go on walks.

Only 8 minutes east by car is downtown Greensboro. The Greensboro Coliseum is about the same distance and all the Greensboro attractions. 20 minutes to the south-west is high-point university and the High Point Furniture market. 10 minutes away is the Sedgefield Country club that hosts the Wyndham PGA tour event.

• Our cabin has a spiral staircase
• There are enough dining room chairs for 6 guests comfortably, with a max of 10 — there are also 3 seats available at the counter
• Our cabin is in the woods. You will likely see and hear critters. We ask that you do not feed them so that they don’t make this cabin their permanent hang out.
Guest access
The guest has access to the whole house. We keep some personal belongings in a locked owner's closet. There is plenty of storage space and closets for guests in each bedroom.

LIABILITY WAIVER:

Our property provides you with a unique opportunity to swim (during certain months) and enjoy the pool area, backyard, and fire pit. We want you to take advantage of these amenities and have a memorable visit. However, by agreeing to our VRBO House Rules, you acknowledge that there are inherent risks involved with participating in these activities and that pool, stairs, and campfires may present dangers for adults and children. Children must be carefully supervised at all times when near the water. Because the water at the end of the pool, no diving off of anywhere is allowed.

By agreeing to the House Rules, you acknowledge the potential risks discussed above, agree to accept full responsibility for any bodily injury that may occur to you and others in your party and waive any claim whatsoever against the owners for accidents arising from these activities.

DRUGS
No illegal drugs are permitted to be stored or used at any time at Triad Paradise.

PARKING
We allow up to 6 cars in the driveway. Please be careful and do not to park on the grass.

PARTIES & EVENTS
Triad Paradise does not allow parties, receptions, or events.

Local ordinances dictate no loud music, noise, or partying. Quiet time is 9 PM to 8 am. No excuses.

If we receive any reports or notice that you are listening to music outside, being loud, or using the pool after 9PM, you will be charged a fine of $500 for breaking the noise ordinance rules. Each occurrence of this will result in this fine.

By booking Triad Paradise, you agree that if the police are called for excessive noise, partying, or other reasons you will be charged $1,000 and will be subject to non-refundable cancellation of the remainder of your reservation.

Please be respectful of our neighbors anytime outback.

PETS:
• We allow a maximum of two (2) pets not weighing more than 50 lbs.
• Pets are not allowed on the furniture.
• Pets must be supervised at all times.
• Pets must be declared upon reservation

SMOKING
No smoking (cigarettes, pipe, tobacco or marijuana) or vaping is permitted inside Triad Paradise at any time. Smoking and vaping are permitted outdoors, but please do not ash on furniture. There will be a charge of up to $1,000 for smoking in the house as well as if outdoor furniture is damaged.

TRASH/RECYCLING
Guests are responsible for disposing of trash appropriately. Trash cans and recycling are to be brought out Monday and brought back on Tuesday after the trash and recycling is taken.

Trash and recycling should be disposed of in an orderly manner with the bins closed and not overflowing. If this is not possible, please let us know. If trash and recycling procedures are not followed, guests will be fined $500.

TV
There is NO CABLE TV service at Triad Paradise. Smart TVs (Rokus) are provided.

Use the remote to enjoy your favorite app for TV-type content. Log into your favorite TV app to watch Netflix, Prime, Disney+, YouTube, Hulu, NFL, etc. Remember to log out of your apps prior to your departure.

POOL
No diving or jumping is permitted. No glass is permitted in or near the pool

There is no lifeguard on duty. Triad Paradise, its owners, and agents of the property will not be held liable for accidents, pool-related or deck accidents, drownings, or bodily harm/personal injuries.

The pool is only available from the beginning of May to the end of September. While we will try our best to make sure the pool equipment is working. There is no refund if the pool is not working or is off-line due to maintenance.

SERVICE PROVIDERS
Our pool service comes every Thursday. Our landscaping team comes once a week or sometimes every other week (generally Thursdays).
