A luxury 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo in the brand new Residence “Blue Garden', in the center of Sosua, walking distance to everything.

This ground-floor condo is ideal for elderly or tenants with limited mobility: no stairs to climb and easy access to everything nearby: restaurants, shops, supermarkets, clubs, bars etc.

The unit has a size of 1485 sqf (138 sqm) and is fully furnished and equipped. The Residence is gated and secured, and boasts a large sparkling swimming pool (with a separate section for children), a playground for kids and a BBQ area.

For larger groups, there are several condos available in this residence (for example p3864011 and p3863277): this particular apartment is located on the ground floor (all buildings have 3 floors): the master bedroom has a king-size bed, while the second bedroom has a queen-size bed. All beds have orthopedic mattresses.

- This quiet residence is not guest-friendly: if you plan to party or invite guests, we would recommend other residences such as p7340625.
- Proof of identity and refundable security deposit required by residence.

Very clean apartment, tidy and very beautiful maintained facility

We were there for two weeks with two pairs and had a very good time there. The Apartment was very beautiful and also the swimming pool and the garden. Everything was very well maintained. The only thing which would be improvable are more dishes.

A month in Sousa

The rental was perfect for us. Safe and within walking distance to beach, shops and grocery store. The condo was very nice and had everything we needed. We were not overly impressed with the internet connection which was slow. The staff and maintenance crew were very friendly. Thank you Enricho for helping us out when needed.
