Booking Your Dream Trip is Easy -PLEASE READ-
1. For Instant Booking: If a date is in the listing title, those dates are 100% confirmed and ready for you! Just select the EXACT dates and book. It’s that easy!
2. For Date Requests: If a listing says "REQUEST," simply text or email us with your preferred dates (and at least two backup dates). We'll get back to you within 24 hours or less! The earlier you request, the better, especially for high-demand dates.
All-inclusive is NEVER mandatory! You can choose to arrange it directly with the resort if you like, or simply enjoy the freedom of dining where you want. As an owner's guest, you’ll have access to exclusive rooms, villas, and offers not available to regular hotel guests.

We're nestled within the expansive, 1,800-acre Cabo del Sol golf resort community, giving you access to pristine Jack Nicklaus golf courses, a luxurious European spa, and a serene environment that's perfect for unwinding. You'll drive through a lush golf course and feel the everyday world melt away as you arrive. While we share some amenities with our neighbor, the Sheraton, we operate as a separate, intimate residential resort. Here, you'll find a world of your own, with peaceful pools and a stunning, secluded beach.
Get ready to stretch out and relax in a spacious, hacienda-style suite that feels like a true escape. Our low-rise buildings feature authentic Spanish tiling, dark wood furnishings, and beautiful blue and white accents.
The Presidential Suite is an absolute dream, sleeping up to eight people with plenty of room to spare. At over 1,600 square feet, it's a true luxury retreat with two bedrooms, two or three baths, a full kitchen, and a huge furnished balcony. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed, the second bedroom has two queen beds, and there's a sleeper sofa in the living area. All our suites come with fully-equipped kitchens (or kitchenettes for our studios), so you can whip up your favorite meals, and the spacious bathrooms feature separate jetted tubs and walk-in showers for the ultimate pampering session.

~You will receive our "GUEST CERTIFICATE" well before your 7-days of check-in. This will show you are an Owner's Guest and your pampering will begin!!!

~AVAILABILITY can change, unless specified in your quote (good for 24 hours) and until reservations are confirmed with Resort and paid to VTE.
~Government-issued photo identification and be at least 21 years of age. A credit card in your name will be required at check-in for pre-authorization of incidental charges. Special requests are to be made direct with Resort and may be subject to availability at check-in and may incur additional charges.
ALL OTHER CHARGES WILL BE YOUR RESPONSIBILITY WHEN CHECKING OUT AT THE RESORT. THIS INCLUDES ANY ADDITIONAL EXPENSES, ALL GRATUITIES, TAXES, UPGRADES AND OTHER CHARGES DUE TO RESORT.
