This cozy beach cottage has everything you need for a relaxing stay. Nestled in a peaceful neighborhood with a 5 minute walk to Bay Drive where you can see the beautiful sunsets OBX has to offer. Bay Drive has an extensive walking /biking path with several fun extras like a public gazebo and a tree swing on the water(pictured). The ocean is a 2 min drive away, closest to the Fifth St. beach access. House is near Target, local coffee spots, Publix, Hayman Park, Avalon pier, wine tasting and a public splash pad.
Linens and towels are provided. There are 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. The third bedroom is kid friendly offering kids books and a cozy reading nook.
The private back yard features two hammocks, a picnic table and an outdoor shower for rinsing off after a day at the beach. There is clothes line in the front and back of property for hanging towels and swimwear. The deck has a seating area with sun shades. An open floor plan includes a stocked kitchen and a large dinning table that seats 6 people.
