Step right out onto the beach every day from your vacation home, or explore nearby attractions like the Wright Brother's National Monument, Jockey's Ridge State Park, the Avalon Fishing Pier, and many more. Flat screen TVs in each bedroom as well as the living room. Modern, comfortable, and relaxing furnishings and decor throughout. Enjoy your morning coffee while watching the sunrise over the Atlantic Ocean from one of 2 well-furnished decks. Rinse off in the convenient outside shower after a perfect day at the beach.

It’s really hard to be home after spending time in such a great place. The location was spectacular. The best part was the easy beach access and the views. The beaches were fairly quiet for late August. Waking up daily to the glow of the sun rising over the ocean was a major highlight. Thank you for sharing your home:)

Very clean, very accommodating, great location on the Outer Banks and the beach isn’t overly crowded. We loved being right in the beach but if we needed something we were just a few minutes away from anything. Since this property rents Friday to Friday there’s almost no traffic coming in or going out. Definitely a great option for your family.

The property was as described. New decks have been recently constructed which let us know that the owners are working on updates as needed. The property has great views, convenient to grocery and other stores, and the walk to the beach is very short.

This unit was just as described! Nice, modern furnishings, clean, and well appointed kitchen (although small). Very short walk to the beach which was beautiful. Great ocean views from both decks. In the heart of KDH, lots of nearby restaurants and shopping. Would highly recommend!

great place to stay and relax

We had an incredibly relaxing vacation week here. You can't get any closer to the ocean than this. The unit was very clean and strategically located to easily explore during the day or to dine out at night. The views from the multiple decks were amazing. We had no concerns whatsoever and are already planning on coming back in the future.

Wife loved it, it was a nice stay. It was very clean and spacious feeling. Lots of little staples were left behind to hold us over till we went to the store, toilet paper and much much more! The wifi was not the greatest but when you are only steps from the beach that's i minor setback! This place is a little slice of paradise! Great views from both balconies short walk to the ocean. Quiet neighborhood, lots of restaurants and shops in close proximity. Recommended.

I would have given a lower rating if it wasn't for the location of the property and the beach view. The photo's online are definitely accurate. With that said, the property is in desperate need of some TLC. The furniture is old, there is paint chipping in the bathroom, the shower curtains had mold, several of the lights didn't work, the garbage disposal didn't work, etc. In addition, when we checked in the unit was dirty. We had to clean the stove and wash all the dishes (some of the pans were put away dirty) before we felt comfortable using the kitchen. Also, the listing indicated that there was a grill which was attractive to us because we like to cook outside, and there wasn't one available.
