The sound side of the complex is where you'll find the refreshing swimming pool which is open May through September. The picnic and grilling area overlooks the children's play area so you can keep an eye on the little ones while cooking a delightful grilled meal. Queen's Grant also provides a community boat ramp and dock for its homeowners and guests. Parking for boat/jet ski trailers is limited and is used on a first-come-first-serve basis.

A-102 offers 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Bed sizes include 2 Queens. Pillows and blankets are provided. Linens are NOT provided but are available for rental.

Individual bed sheet sets will include a set of bedsheets and 2 sets of towels per person. (2 sets for Twin beds and 4 sets for Double, Queen, and King Beds)


➤A 7-night Saturday to Saturday stay will be required year-round.

➤No pesky Security Deposits! All reservations will be required to have an Accidental Damage Protection Waiver. The cost of this waiver is included in the listed required reservation fees.
