About this property

You'll certainly appreciate the spacious arrangement of this house that allows everyone in your group to spread out and enjoy a vacation as they see fit. The house is located on the southern end of Surf City where it's quieter and the ocean view goes on as far as you can see. You'll love the reverse living floor plan, which places the common areas on the top floor and the bedrooms on the lower level. If you're looking for a day of shopping or some restaurants to dine out, the commercial area at the heart of Surf City is just a short drive away.

Audrey's Pearl offers 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Bed sizes include 3 Queens, 2 Twins, and a Queen Sleeper Sofa. Pillows and blankets are provided. Linens are NOT provided but are available for rental.

➤Linens (Sheets and towels) are NOT provided with Lewis Realty reservations, However, we do offer a linen rental service!

A Full house linen package will include Sheets for all advertised beds, 2 towel sets per person, and a set of Kitchen Towels with a sponge. Additional charge for rentals longer than 1 week.

Individual bed sheet sets will include a set of bedsheets and 2 sets of towels per person. (2 sets for Twin beds and 4 sets for Double, Queen, and King Beds)

Everything we expected and more!

Large, spacious, nicely decorated home, and well-stocked kitchen made for a relaxed and wonderful experience for our family (3 adult couples and 2 young children: 3 and 5). It’s great to be right on the beach, and have an outdoor hose and shower for folks to rinse off after a day on the beach!

1st post covid vacation!

Had a fabulous time at Audrey’s Peal. It was our first time to Surf City, love that there are no Highrises! The house was perfect, clean, well stocked kitchen and beautiful/comfortable furnishings . Outdoor shower was really nice addition. Can’t wait to get back sometime!

Gorgeous views and house!

We were extremely pleased with everything. House was clean and beautiful, beaches were not crowded and there was plenty of activities nearby! Lewis Realty was very helpful with a minor issue we had and helped resolve it quickly. We would definitely book again next time we visit Surf City!
