About this property

A very warm home for three couples or a family of 6. Three bedrooms and three and a half bathrooms. Nice open floor plan from kitchen to eating area to TV family room. Plenty of kitchen supplies for cooking. Grill on deck. Three TVs: family room, master bedroom and upstairs loft. Lovely UNADVERTISED space includes a loft area to chill and watch movies or read a book. Beautiful screened in porch along with an open deck that looks out on the water with beautiful sunsets. Four Bicycles to ride. Two Kayaks to paddle through the neighborhood lagoons and wander out to the St. Martin's River. Lots of restaurants within the neighborhood including the Yacht Club. Many great restaurants on both sides of the water. Ocean Downs Casino is nearby on the bayside if you want to venture out for a fun night. An added plus is the Ocean Pines Beach Club Pass on 49th Street! We provide a parking pass for one vehicle with access to the pool, bath house, live music, great food and bar. And, of course, the beautiful ocean.

This beautifully updated home was our father's home from 2000. We have had so many wonderful memories over the years. We would go to the beach with the boat and stop at the best bars and restaurants. Being a musician, the home made it possible to gig at the beach! What a treat all these years. Now we want to share this lovely home and make it your destination for a vacation with family and/or friends. Our personal friends have rented it over the years. Now it's time to share it with you. Our goal is to build a renter's dream house for use year after year. No reviews yet since we are new to the market. But we can't wait to grow positive reviews for the site.

Why they chose this property

We have always enjoyed the amenities that Ocean Pines offers. The Yacht Club, the waterfront, the pools, the beach club on 49th street. The golf course! And these amenities continue to improve every year.
