THE SPACE

It is important to note that there is a noise ordinance imposed throughout the region from 10:00pm - 7:00am. This includes having all outdoor lights out at 10:00pm.

NOTES ON INTERIOR

1) Main Floor: Open-concept, fully stocked kitchen and adjacent family room with electric fireplace, washer/dryer, formal dining area, separate sitting area, gleaming hardwood floors throughout; palatial primary suite with king bed, en-suite bathroom and expansive views of golf course; second bedroom with king bed and en-suite bathroom; additional half bath.

2) Second Floor: Second expansive primary suite with king bed, wood-burning fireplace and en-suite bathroom; second bedroom with two queen beds; third bedroom (or den/office) with queen pullout sofa; full bathroom in hall.

3) Lower Level: Completely above-grade; full kitchen, bedroom with queen bed, separate sleeping area with queen bed, full bath, ping pong table; adjoining garage with four kayaks and life jackets for use in the (residents only) lake directly across the street; two adult and one children’s bicycles.

*Most bedrooms are equipped with smart TVs for your enjoyment.
