The main house features a stunning mid-century renovation with beautiful hardwood floors, contemporary electric fireplace, rustic wood beam accents and large paned windows. The cook in the group will be in heaven in the kitchen, with custom cabinetry, granite counter tops and deep farm sink. The guest house features a comfortable open living and kitchen concept with high ceilings. Step out onto your covered front porch to take in the mountain air.

Offering 6 perfectly decorated bedrooms between the main house (4 bedrooms) and guest house (2 bedrooms), provides everyone will have plenty of privacy and comfortable space to relax.
Enjoy a morning cup of coffee or an evening cocktail from the expansive deck. Take a relaxing dip in the hot tub after a day of exploring or gather around the fire pit where you will create memories to last a lifetime.

Events: Our Mountain Retreat welcomes small events and weddings to be held on the property. Event fees apply to weddings and corporate retreats. Please inquire and discuss with the Yonder Guest Experience Team for rates and further information.

Quiet Policy: Please note that the property is located in a quiet community. Parties, loud noise and unruly behavior are absolutely prohibited, and guests are expected to respect the neighbors and the peace this mountain retreat area affords.

Early Check In and/or Late Check Out may be possible, depending on cleaning schedules and other reservations. If it is possible, there may be an additional fee that would be determined based on the time that you wish to check in or out and the seasonal rates.

Pets: This home and property are very dog friendly, and guests are welcome to bring their "best friends" with them. There is a non-refundable Pet Fee of $130 with a limit of 2 dogs per booking party. (This is not automatically added by VRBO, Airbnb or Yonder's online check out, so please let us know so that we can add the fee for you).

Last Minute Bookings: Reservations made within 7 days of check-in require additional verification, including selfie/photo of government-issued ID matching the reservation name, and photo of payment method in the primary guest's name. Failure to complete verification may result in cancellation.
