This newly built home is furnished in refined rustic elegance style. There are mesmerizing mountain views from all three levels of the home and expansive outdoor space.

As you enter the main floor from the driveway, you will see the striking stone fireplace and comfortable leather sofa and full kitchen stocked with all essential cooking items (pots/pans/utensils/glasses) , coffee maker, toaster, waffle maker. Dining room has live edge table for ten perfect for large gatherings and celebrations. There is an additional seating for four at the kitchen island.
Walk out to the main deck which spans the front of the house with plenty of seating and additional dining for six. Enjoy al fresco dining right off the BBG grill or make smores in outdoor wood-burning fireplace. Relax on the rocking chairs taking in the mountain views and starry sky or play a cornhole game. Living room features OLED TV.

The main bedroom has a king size bed and full bath with a shower. It features a separate door to the deck and OLED TV.

Laundry room with washer and dryer and powder room are just off the main level.

The Loft area above has a sleeper "queen plus" sofa, foosball / air hockey table and a dedicated workplace with a desk and gorgeous mountain view. There is a seating area to play games, and full bath with a bathtub.

Upper level also has a private bedroom with king size bed and OLED TV.

There is also bunk room upstairs with two twin bunk beds and a desk.

The Terrace level has its separate deck and kitchenette with bar seating. It features pool table which converts to ping pong or dining table. As you enter, you will find a large, comfortable sectional movie-theater style reclining couch, and OLED TV. This Terrace level has another bedroom with a queen bed and a dresser. There is also a full bath with bathtub and double vanity.

GENERAL:
Complimentary Wi-Fi, keyless entry, central A/C & heating, washer, dryer, linens/towels, laundry detergent, shampoo/conditioner, trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper (starter kit).

There is cell service on the property. Streaming services are available with guest's own accounts.

There is parking on the driveway for up to four cars.

Guest will have access to the entire house except for the owners closet.

Songbird Chalet is located in a quiet neighborhood with all paved roads leading right up to the front door. Gated access provides additional privacy to this oasis in the mountains. If you are ready to relax, reconnect and create lasting memories, you have found your place. The neighborhood is very safe, but for added piece of mind, we have security cameras for the parking area.
