This is a low traffic neighborhood and is conveniently located within 10 minutes of downtown Venice Island and is surrounded by 5 beaches that are all within a 10-15 minute drive. This location allows privacy and provides quick access to shopping, restaurants, entertainment and beautiful white sand beaches. Our spacious open floor plan home features modern beach decor. French doors open to beautiful outdoor living space with patio sectional, Weber grill and tranquil pool. Enjoy a morning coffee/tea or evening sip while basking in the sun or enjoy the breeze while relaxing in our enclosed lanai. Amenities include: Internet/wifi, 2 adult bicycles, beach chairs, beach umbrellas, boogie board, shark teeth finder, waffle maker, blender, rice cooker, beach towels, linens, washer and dryer, iron, hair blower, and coffee maker.

We desire for our home to be shared with families that will take care of it as if it were their own. This is not for party-goers as we respect our quiet community and our neighbors. Minimum age requirement for rental is 25 yrs old. Between January- April, our preference would be to rent for a minimum period of three months.
