If you’re looking for a winter retreat or a summer getaway but still want the comfort of home, you’ve found the perfect place. Our beautifully decorated 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom home with a heated pool is ideally located on a corner lot in a peaceful Venice neighborhood. Nestled between two golf communities, this low-traffic area offers both privacy and convenience. Downtown Venice Island is just 10 minutes away, and five stunning beaches are all within a 10–15 minute drive. You’ll also have quick access to shopping, dining, entertainment, and breathtaking white sand beaches.

Designed with a spacious open floor plan, our home features modern beach-inspired decor. French doors open to a serene outdoor living space complete with a patio sectional, Weber grill, and a tranquil pool. Whether you’re enjoying your morning coffee, soaking up the sun, or unwinding in the enclosed lanai, this space is perfect for relaxation.
Amenities include:
-High-speed internet/WiFi -2 adult bicycles
-Beach essentials: chairs, umbrellas, towels, a boogie board, and a shark tooth finder
-Fully equipped kitchen: waffle maker, blender, rice cooker, and coffee maker
-Washer and dryer, iron, and hairdryer

We take pride in our home and wish to share it with guests who will treat it with the same care and respect as their own. This is not a party house, as we value our quiet community and friendly neighbors. Renters must be at least 25 years old. Between January and April, we prefer a minimum rental period of three months.
Security Notice: Our home is equipped with three exterior cameras and a Ring doorbell camera. The cameras are located above the garage (facing the driveway), near the pool, and on the side of the home (near the mango tree). The pool-facing camera can be deactivated upon arrival via a labeled switch (“Outdoor Flood”) near the pool door closest to the garage.

Great destination!!

This listing was exactly as pictured and everything you could possibly need in a rental home. We had a great vacation while staying in this beautiful home. It is conveniently located near beaches, restaurants and golf courses. It was a pleasure dealing with the owners who were always available and very accommodating. We loved it so much that we will be returning next year.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home. We enjoyed the pool and the house had everything we needed. It was a short drive to the beaches and we loved the quaint downtown. We would stay here again. We utilized the beach chairs, umbrellas, cooler, boogie board and the shark tooth finder. We slept well as the neighborhood was quiet. We visited Siesta Key beach and Anna Maria Island. We also took a sunset cruise from Sarasota. Our favorite restaurants included Made in Italy, Blu Island bistro, Mi Pueblo, Darrell's BBQ, Sharky's on the pier and Thai Spice.

Lovely home in quiet residential neighbourhood

The home was lovely and in a very nice, quiet neighbourhood. Tina had made sure that everything we could possibly need was available and the home was beautifully decorated. We stayed here whilst selling our own property a short distance away and so we knew that the location and proximity to restaurants, beaches, shops, etc were good. We would not hesitate in recommending the property to anyone wishing to stay in the Venice area.

Nice Home in Venice

The home is in a great location, quiet subdivision, and only minutes from downtown Venice and the beaches. The house has been very well maintained (and updated) and has all the comforts of home. The owners were great and have provided most anything you could think of to use while staying there. We had a fantastic vacation and would definitely consider renting from them again. What a wonderful vacation! The home in Venice was beautiful. Very clean and spacious for the 5 of us. The kids loved having the pool to themselves. Very relaxing! Loved the neighborhood. Took a walk every morning. The house was centrally located to everything. Perfect for Spring Break. The owners were very helpful and easy to work with. Thanks for letting us use your beautiful home. Great place to stay!

The house was wonderful. It has a great layout for families and we loved the open concept of the main living area. The pool and patio are wonderful, a great place for morning coffee. Venice is a quiet beach town and this is a great place to stay. We highly recommend this house. The owners were also very good to work with. It has everything included for a great beach vacation. The house is even nicer in person than what the pictures can show.

Highly recommended!

We had a lovely stay in April. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood away from busy streets but close enough to be convenient to beach, shopping, and grocery store. The house was immaculate and just as described. There was lots of room for our family of five. The pool and outside sitting areas were also clean, and we particularly enjoyed these features of the house. The house comes with some of the extra things that make traveling easier - beach towels, beach chairs, beach umbrellas. The owner, Tina, was accessible, easy to work with, and checked on us to be sure we didn't need anything else. We would not hesitate to stay at this property again in the future or to recommend it to anyone looking to stay in this area.
