Our beautiful, spacious, home is the perfect place for you to relax and truly enjoy the beauty of Nantucket. 5 BR, sleeps 11, 3 BA, LR, FR, DR, fireplace, large open, fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar. Large dining room seats 8 and opens to a deck with furnishings and seating for 14 and a gas grill. The huge, private yard with heated pool and outdoor shower is surrounded by the natural growth, many hydrangeas ( and lots of deer)!. The Front covered porch with Adirondack chairs and a porch swing is bordered with hydrangeas and the perfect place to enjoy a glass of wine and watch the sunset.
Everything you need is included except you , your family and your peaceful, relaxed “island attitude”!
We provide all linens, beach towels and equipment , baby/kids toys, a full crib, even 7 bikes! Kids bikes too! We are right on the bike path to Cisco beach and cisco brewery.
On the “Edge of town “, this perfect vacation home is just 1 1/2 miles from town and 1 1/2 miles from Cisco beach. Near the famous Cisco Brewery! No need for a car. But we include one anyway!! Walk , bike ( seven bikes included) or take the free shuttle everywhere( we are right on the path). This is your place for a long overdue relaxing, memorable vacation on this enchanting island known as the “ Little Gray Lady at Sea.”

I am from Nantucket as well is most of my family. I love the Island and love sharing its beauty and enjoyment with other good people. We often have several deer and many bunnies in our yard early morning and early evening.
Why they chose this property
My grandfather bought all this land off Hummock Pond and sectioned the lots with most going for sale and some to family. We were blessed to get this gift and in 2018 built this beautiful home in this very large private lot. We built our pool in 2025

A lot of personal, beautiful family antiques mixed ecclectively with modern and comfortable Nantucket decor . Guests rave about the comfort of the savor mattresses, the heated pool, the huge private, peaceful front and back yards even being so close to town.
