Cozy, Clean, and Great Location

My friends from England enjoyed this beautifully decorated beach condo. It is small but is perfectly outfitted to provide “at-home” convenience just steps from the beach!

The property was in the perfect location! It was a minute walk to the beach and a three minute walk to the shops at the end of Mile Road. Bud met myself and my boyfriend at the property to welcome us to Wells and he was easily available when we needed his assistance during our stay. The property was very well maintained and clean! It had everything we needed in there from pots and pans to coffee machines, etc. My boyfriend and I are hoping to book the property again next year for our family vacation!

Great fun!

Everything you could want in a cozy, little hideaway very close to the beach and shops!

This is the third time we have rented this unit and each time it gets better! The bed is excellent, as well as, the high end toilet. They have thought of everything you could possibly want or need in a compact, very clean, little hideaway not far from the beach, shops and trolley! We would definitely recommend staying there.

Cute and good for two people

The owner was very good at answering questions and explaining procedures. Its close proximity to two public ways to the beach was good. The only problem we had was having to share the water heater with other units so had to "time" our showers. The price was affordable.

Very cozy and perfect for our needs

We stayed here with our 7 week old on our first family vacation and truly loved it! Everyone there was so friendly, the place was very clean and the much needed AC worked very well during the hot week we were there. My newborn slept great there and we fell in love with the place that we didn't want to leave! Hopefully we will return next year when the little guy is 1!

Very Charming Beach Condo

The condo was very well appointed. The beach theme is cleverly carried out in the nicely decorated rooms. The bathroom will be updated in the Fall, while adequate the upgrades will improve this to a 5 star. The kitchen had everything needed to prepare meals. The condo is just across the street from the beach, yet tucked away from the crowd. An outside table and grilling area are provided. The owner is very quick to respond to any questions we had. We were very pleased with our stay.
