Absolutely best location walk to town, shopping, restaurants, library & parks. Stunning 'Immaculate' Chalet style townhome Beautifully furnished 4 beds 2 full baths mud room, 3 Levels liv w/gas stone fireplace, flat screen tv, stereo, dvd player. TVs in every room. Lower level has huge family rm with fireplace TV play station a library of movies & games for the entire family. Equipped with EVERYTHING VERY Comfy bedding complete kitchen & washer and dryer. This is Not your typical rental it is our second home and we are looking for a family to love it as much as we do. We have had the same wonderful family lease our place for the summer season for the past 4 years but sadly they had moved out of the area which is why we are now leasing .This is a wonderful home for making beautiful lasting family memories. ( P.S. Special Summer Season Rental Rate May.1st 2024 to Sept. 30th 2024 $10,000.00 + Ultilies $600 = $10,600.00 total )

We currently live in E Amherst NY and this is our family's second home. We never rented it other than to a family from Toronto who has been with us as seasonal tenants for the past 8 years. Sadly they had moved out of area which is why they will not be returning this.
Why they chose this property
My family has been coming to Ellicottville since the 1970s we have always loved it here and out dream was to buy a place. We looked for a long time before we found the perfect place and spot location was key for us and our place is perfect!! Our Town home is exceptional with all the comforts of home. It is beautifully furnished with comfy bedding & down pillows. It is immaculate clean and a wonderful place to make family memories. Because of our businesses we enjoy most of out time in Ellicottville in the spring summer and fall months.
What makes this property unique
We are minutes to Holiday Vally and Holimont you can walk every where or ride your bike. We are right by the town park, Arbor Park, Bowling Alley & Library. We have amazing views from the front and back of our place.
