Discover an ideal retreat with our one-bedroom and one-bath haven, which accommodates 2 guests. Centrally located, it’s a perfect spot for an easy drive to the beach, nearby shops and dining. Skip the 10-minute drive to the beach, and you can enjoy the zero entry pool, stay connected with high-speed WiFi, and relax with a Smart TV. Plus, benefit from the convenience of free parking. Our place also sports a quick work commute to Valero Energy, Marathon Petroleum. Book today!
Important Note:
1. We warmly welcome pets! Please disclose all pets and pay a $75 pet fee with your reservation. We allow a maximum of 2 pets. For large dogs not over 25 pounds, please message us for approval before booking. Aggressive dog breeds are not permitted.
2. The laundry facility is right below the units and is cashless, using the CSCGo app. Enter, scan the QR code, download the app, and manage your laundry. The app shows available machines and load status. Laundry soap is not provided.
3. Pool hours are Tuesday to Sunday, 8 AM to 5 PM, and the pool is closed on Mondays. The pool will close in October for the winter, with the reopening date to be determined.
4. This unit is on the 2nd floor and requires stairs for access.
