"The Little George" is an updated 3 bedroom 2 bath charming bungalow that sits in the heart of downtown Georgetown, within walking distance of the many shops and restaurants on Front Street. This historic home has been updated with a modern flair while still maintaining its unique charm. An open floor plan, large black and white Kitchen, and spacious living areas make it perfect for entertaining. The exposed brick, subway tile, and reclaimed wood add texture to the bright, airy home.
Sleeping accommodations:
First floor (main floor with kitchen/living room/full bathroom)
Bedroom 1: 1 queen murphy bed
Bedroom 2: 1 queen
Second floor
Bedroom 3: 1 queen w/ private full bath
Additional amenities include: wifi/internet/cable, Sonos system throughout home, TV’s in every bedroom & in the living room, ample parking for cars and/or boats, drip coffee pot, microwave, dishwasher, washer & dryer, ceiling fans in every room, spacious backyard, fully stocked kitchen.
This property has a traditional drip coffee maker.
The week of Wooden Boat Show there is a 4 night minimum.

The property manager was very helpful.
The vacation rental was very clean.
I was very happy with the location.
I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
Overall, I recommend this vacation rental.

120 year old house down in the historic district. Huge oak trees turning streets into tunnels. We were there for 3 months, had a couple of "old house" issues, but Tidelife and the owner jumped on it and took care of it. Overall, a great stay!

Family trip
The house was clean, but it smelled musty inside like there had been water leaking somewhere. The upstairs bedroom ac was not working when we got there. My husband was able to get the window unit working but it smelled so bad up there that we could not use that room. It smelled like mold or mildew and my daughter and I have asthma so we chose not to use the upstairs at all. We made the best of the trip, but probably wouldn’t book this place again. The positive side of it was that it was nice being close to the downtown area and restaurants and shops.
