Lovely, quiet & clean

We worked at an outdoor festival it was a long day and we looked forward to a comfortable stay. We were impressed with how clean and quiet and decorated lovely our stay was. Would definitely look for another stay when we do this festival again.

Very conveniently located. Questions to host prior to arrival were answered quickly. No issues with check-in, stay, or check-out. Already decided we would check availability for next year's event once we confirm dates.

Sarah's group seems like good people. Pleasant communication, seems to follow house rules. the problem was the surprise in the bathroom. the house smelled like Poop when we got in to clean, we found the toilet full of poop and toilet paper. there were poop on the toilet seat, it was not clogged, seems like the person just didn't want to flush and clean up after themself. unfortunately that left a bad taste and as nice as Sarah might be I will not be hosting her group again.

We were very appreciative of the owner to have the air conditioning on high before we arrived. On some very hot weather, we were cool in oHouse was well stocked with pans and very clean.

Convenient location, all the basics

The location is convenient to shopping and all of the necessities. The house was clean. I found the driveway full of cars a bit off-putting. Otherwise it is exactly as advertised.

Sarah’s reservation was for 2 people. Ended up with 3-4 people staying overnight. She was told there were other vehicles in the driveway. Still have enough room for the 3 cars that came to park in the driveway. House was in good condition. Garbage wasn’t put outside as asked.

Convenient VRBO

In town for family wedding, the house was in good order upon arrival. Other cars (by owner) parked in driveway which threw us off at first, but plenty of space to park. Easy check in/check out procedure. Owner was very responsive in communication. Kitchen was well stocked. Beds very comfortable. Safe neighborhood…and convenient to stores one block away.(Starbucks/McDonalds/Stop n Shop).

Within 10 minutes to Lake Compounce

We stayed here after a long day at Lake Compounce, it was a short drive, it had a number of restaurants near by and we found Rich Farm within 10 minutes. Like one of the other reviews pointed out, there were other cars in the driveway when we got there, but still plenty of room to park. We had a small issue which the host was able to resolve in under an hour. The house worked great for us.

Great place for a stay

I was a little concerned at first about road noise because of the proximity to a major street and shopping area but that turned out to be a non-issue. The place was quiet. My only criticism (very minor) is that the stairs to the basement (to get to the washer and dryer) were steep with no real handrail. But it wasn't a major concern. The host was extremely accommodating and helpful. We would definately consider this VRBO in the future.
