Nice home, perfect for large family with decks, 2 kitchens, office, fireplace, fire pit and more. Close to west side, east side and only minutes from downtown. The area is close to bike trails, county and state parks and UW sporting events. **Ask about long term stays**

Really cool house in a great neighborhood. Great communication with the owner. Lots of space for multiple couples in the house. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Liked: Cleanliness, location
Neighborhood was beautiful and close to great restaurants. The house is on 6 levels and is better suited to multi-family accommodations, a little disjointed for my family of 4. Also, house is quite dated and needs a refresh.
We stayed here to visit UW and run in a local trail race south of Madison. Very easy to get anywhere from a quiet, nice neighborhood. The house is spacious and can easily accommodate a large family. Very nice deck, lots of space inside to relax.
We had 8 adults in town for a family wedding. The house was clean and very well stocked. The family room was a great gathering space for nightly games and morning coffee conversations. We recommend this property!
Lots of rooms on multiple levels. In a big neighborhood where you can walk … close to shops and close enough to the stadium. Maybe the best water pressure I’ve ever seen. Good times
I meant to tell the host. The bathroom lights did not work because the switch was bad in the middle floor bathroom. It was also pretty dusty in a bunch of areas. But overall liked the place.
Home was very clean&well stocked… lots of dishes, silverware, glasses,&condiments.
The kids enjoyed the lower level games&TV room.
All enjoyed the multi-level viewing of the large TV for all the Olympic events. The large dining table was great for meals&games. Location was super.
The property met all our needs for sleeping 9 and providing a comfortable area to visit and coordinate our days. The internet service was spotty at times which did impact one member who needed to study and for the rest of us as we planned our days. It was a source of some frustration but we come from an area with excellent 5G and internet service so we are probably spoiled. The yard was gorgeous as well as the neighborhood. It was quiet and felt safe for taking walks. Everyone gave it a thumbs up.

Thank you for a great review. So sorry about the wifi...that has never been an issue before but I decided to upgrade the router and all seems corrected. You're welcome back any time.
We were in town visiting sick family and unfortunately spent most of our time at the hospital. The home was located within 15 mins of UW Hospital and many local restaurants and shopping. The home had plenty of bedrooms and space if traveling with a larger group. We did take our dog and though there isn’t much yard space the neighborhood is great for a walk. Very safe and quiet. The only negative to the house would be the stairs if anyone has mobility issues. You have to do stairs to get to bathrooms and bedrooms. Overall the home worked great for what we needed and I would stay there again.
