If the water heater was on demand so that everyone that was there could get through, it would have been perfect! Otherwise, loved the house, lots to do, clean, well maintained. Great kitchen to cook in and great backyard to gather.

Awesome place to stay! My kids thought it was the coolest thing ever haha! Max was very responsive and answered me quickly when I asked about changing check out times. Neighbors were friendly! Absolutely no issues. Would definitely recommend anyone to stay here.

Perfect Stay

Our high school girls basketball team stayed here for two nights, and it was the perfect stay. The host was extremely responsive, and the house was amazing. Great place for large groups.

We had a wonderful stay at the Gatsby! The house is well maintained, there was plenty of room for our group, the kitchen and dining space was fantastic. We loved all of the extra amenities including the hot tub, fire table, put put course, yoga mats, all of the table games, etc. The host was extremely responsive and helpful with planning ahead of time and during our stay. The location was great and within 15-20 mins of everything we wanted to do in Denver. We would highly recommend booking a stay at the Gatsby!!

Fun trip in Denver with friends. Denver is pretty spread out, but even this felt fairly close to most things my group was trying to attend.House was clean, stocked with guest essentials & filled with many fun things to as well as space to use.

Amazing Arvada Home for a Large Group!

We absolutely loved our stay at The Gatsby and there was no shortage of activities: foosball, billiards, putt-putt, hot tub, and plenty of seating makes it a great home for large groups! The home itself is also well-furnished, in great condition, and has lots of beds for sleeping! I also can't speak more highly of host Max, who was very communicative and accommodating throughout our check-in process and stay!

Texas comes to Colorado

3 adults and 10 basketball players came to stay at the Gatsby. It was a fabulous house exactly what the pictures show. The owner was very informative and very responsive when messaging us back. It was close to everything airport, stores, entertainment Definitely a 10 out of 10

Max was a great host, quick to respond and very communicative. We had 11 women total for a bachelorette, and the house was the perfect size for our crew. The upstairs did get fairly warm, but given how hot it was, I felt the AC did a good job keeping up. The house was immaculate and spacious, and we took advantage of every square inch! The only surprise to us was how quiet we were required to be in the backyard. It seems like previous guests have had neighbors complain about noise volume and have even had the police called on them. Given we were a group of 11 girls, we were apprehensive to go outside because we knew we'd naturally be a louder crew with that many of us. Regardless, we still took advantage of the cool backyard setup during the day when we were on the less rowdy side. The houses/apartments are on top of each other, so it makes sense it'd be loud. Something to be aware of if you're planning to have backyard parties for your event.Regardless, we enjoyed our stay at The Gatsby and loved how close it was to Denver (15-min drive)!
