Bag and place any trash in large garage bin on side of house, past driveway.
If any furniture was moved or items unplugged, return to original position.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Please dispose of all trash. Large bin on side of house. Trash Day is Mondays. Place trash bin at end of driveway Sunday night.
No smoking or vaping of any kind is permitted in the home or on the property. $2000 cleaning fee for any smoke odors.
The contents of the home must remain in the home and may be inventoried upon check-out. Do not unhook TV connections or rearrange furniture
