Walk from your back patio right to the beach in less than 30 seconds! This 1 bed/2 bath condo feels like a hotel without the hotel cost.

Cape Winds is located on the beach in the heart of Cape Canaveral. Amenities include, hot tub, basketball courts, sauna, tennis & pickleball courts, and 2 grills. It's also the perfect location to witness a rocket launch!

The condo is fully equipped to make your beach vacation feel like your second home, whether it's for a family of 4 or a getaway for 2.

The space

Our unit is the perfect haven for a romantic escape or a delightful family getaway for four. It boasts two full-size queen beds—a luxurious retreat in the master bedroom and a comfortable queen-size Murphy bed in the living room, complete with a memory foam mattress. Additionally, the unit offers an extra bathroom, ensuring absolute privacy in the master suite. Situated on the ground floor, it grants immediate access to the beach, pool, and recreational areas in under 30 seconds!

We take great pride in ensuring our condo provides everything you need to feel at home. From pots and pans to small breakfast items and coffee, we strive to make your stay as comfortable as possible. All you need to bring is your suit and a toothbrush!

We also prioritize your enjoyment by offering an array of recreational items, such as beach toys, beach chairs, umbrellas, beach towels, basketball and tennis equipment, as well as indoor games like Battleship and playing cards. The unit is also equipped with high-speed internet, basic cable, and two 55-inch smart TVs, providing access to streaming services like Netflix, Hulu, Disney+, and more.

The location is absolutely perfect. Cape Winds shares the same street as Cape Canaveral Recreation Center, which has a playground, park, racquetball courts, pickleball, shuffleboard, and so much more! The property itself is on a very quiet street but only two blocks from A1A where you can find Publix, convenience stores, restaurants and bars. Family fun like mini Golf and ropes courses are less than 1 mile away!

We renovated in March 2024, so all items in the unit are fresh and well taken care of. Our condo offers a hotel-like vacation experience with the privacy of a personal condo.

Oh, and the rockets... Just walk out the front door and feel the ground shake! :)

Scott, the owner went out of his way to make our stay exceptional. He maintains a clean, well equipped apt just steps from the beach. We had a couple small issues beyond his control, and he addressed corrected both immediately Will definitely stay again!

Very nice, close to everything, and plenty of parking. Right on the beach with nice pool and hot tub. The unit is above average and is well stocked with quality items needed for a stay away from home. We cooked almost every night, very easy and enjoyable. The host is very courteous and helpful.

Beautiful condo steps from the beach

Family and I stayed 8 nights in this beautiful condo. The condo was exactly as described. Very clean and kitchen and linens were very well stocked. The beds were very comfortable. Beach chairs, beach towels, umbrellas and cooler were an added bonus to spend the day at the beach only steps away from the condo. Heated pool and hot tub were also steps away and provided a great atmosphere to relax in the evening while listening to the waves of the ocean. Thank you again for sharing your beautiful condo. We will definitely be back.

Perfect beach location

First off! The condo is in a perfect location for lots of beach time and is perfect for rocket launches! The condo is a wonderful place to stay and is outfitted with just about anything you need to cook with. When i arrived everything was clean and in there places! The condo has wonderful furnishings and the bed is comfy also. The owner of the condo is very friendly and very welcoming. He always told me if i need anything just give him a call! Everyone don't hesitate to book this wonderful condo you will have a blast! I will be a returning customer for sure!

We are Northerners who recently moved to Florida through the pandemic. We thought we would ride out "the storm" and move back north once the world figured itself out.
Once we got here, we realized we had found paradise and would never leave! We want to share our little slice of paradise with others, which is why we are offering our apartment to you. We have another home about 20 minutes away, where we stay full time.

Why they chose this property

I mean, why not Taylor Ave? It's quite, clean, nice and on the beach. There is shopping bars, activities, sports, Cocoa pier, Mini golf, oh and rocket launches all within 5 minutes of the front door! Being on the same street as Cape Canaveral Recreational facility brings street fairs and activities year round!
