Our two week stay was everything we wanted. The home was easy to access, walking distance to shopping and a park. The pool was delightful and a perfect temperature. We would not travel without our canine kids and this home would accept all three. I was relieved to know the backyard was large, secure and had a beautiful lawn for our middle aged beagles to enjoy.

This was a great place to stay for our extended visit to this area. Not only was the house comfortable but it’s centrally located to just about anything you could need. We would stay here again :-)

Amazing property with a lot of amenities

Our family thoroughly enjoyed staying at this property. The pool was great and the temperature was just right. They think of everything you might need on your stay. Pool towels, laundry detergent and the welcoming snacks were very thoughtful. I would recommend this property for those wanting to golf or just relax by the pool. Great property!

Perfect week-end get away

the house and pool are were exactly as pictured. Very clean and neat. Pool was great. Quiet neighborhood. It was within 10 minutes or less from our other family staying there so was perfect location. Owners kept in touch with us and responded to a couple of questions we had prior to staying.

This house was well presented to begin with as far as a clean kitchen and bathrooms. The windows and outdoor space, with the exception of the pool, were not clean and obviously had not been kept up for some time. The outdoor table and chairs and the loungers were covered in bird excrement, and the patio was also not clean. We had to hose down everything and the outdoor cushion covers needed to be laundered by us! When I left a message with Sacha/John the morning after our arrival advising on these problems, in addition to a broken tap in the bathroom, there was no response all day. I called Sacha , whose ads were all over the house(including his phone #), he was very rude to me, saying if I did not like the house I could get out, and told me to communicate with John. John then contacted us and we had several problems to discuss, including the vacuum for the pool, which had to remain in the water at all times! We did not notice the small notice at the back door instructing us to not remove the vacuum and that we would be charged a fee, we had already removed it! This was #4 on a list of pool rules about children. We are a retired couple so we did not read it all. The pool technician came and there was no damage. The window cleaner came. This was a disruption to our enjoyment of the property that day. This house is very dated with an old dishwasher and old bathroom fittings. I cannot recommend it to others.

This review does not reflect the reality of this home, our standards, or the experience we provide. This guest was extremely aggressive, verbally hostile, and dismissive of every attempt we made to communicate or assist. Her claims are inconsistent, exaggerated, and contradict the condition of the home documented before her arrival. The exterior of the home was professionally cleaned the same day she checked in, and the interior—kitchen, bathrooms, and all guest areas—were spotless, as they always are. This guest ignored the information provided before arrival, ignored posted instructions in the home, and demanded service and amenities far beyond what any vacation rental provides, essentially expecting a Ritz‑Carlton level staff on‑site. We have hosted hundreds of guests over many years, maintain a very high return‑guest rate, and have never experienced behavior like this. Her conduct toward our team was unacceptable, and we would not host her again. We encourage other hosts to use caution. The home remains one of the most consistently loved and highly rated properties in the area, and future guests can confidently disregard this review.
