Discover your dream home on the hill in Alton! This stunning 3-bedroom, 2-bath furnished duplex is the perfect blend of modern living in a serene environment. Enjoy spacious living areas, an equipped kitchen, and a lovely front porch. A comfortable living room perfect for relaxation, furnished with tasteful decor. Two king mattresses and one queen mattress! Enjoy coffee & a book on the front porch.
With this hilltop location, you'll experience tranquility and a relaxing home away from home!
Two bedrooms on main level with a bath between them. King & Queen mattresses. Kitchen with the items needed to bake cookies or prepare a wonderful meal. Comfortable living room with a large smart tv- just login with your steaming service and you're good for the evening. Upstairs is a large bedroom with a king size bed and full bathroom. Washer and dryer are in basement.

Your unit is for you! You may see permanent tenants out in yard or parking area. Parking is behind house, close to your private entrance. One car may be parked outside back entrance. Other vehicles must be parked on road in front of the house.
Other things to note
A pet may be allowed with prior approval & pet fee. Must be crated & quiet if they’re alone in the house. Poop must be picked up and put in outside trash can.

Birthday Celebration

Very cute place! Super clean and spacious slept 5 comfortably! Will definitely will be booking again! Location is perfect for seeing local sites and a short 20 min drive to a winery and other attractions.
