Close proximity transportation to is a great feature to this home. It’s a 5 minute walk to the Berks St Market El subway station making it very easy to get into Center City or West Philly.

The 3rd floor is dedicated to the Master Suite. The huge bathroom has 2 shower heads in the gigantic stand up shower, a soak tub and dual sinks. The closet space is unreal. The large main bedroom has natural light and comes with a King size bed with comfortable linens and pillows.

Entertainment - WiFi, High-Definition Roku TV with Netflix, Hulu, and Disney+ pre-installed. Please note - access to these streaming services are not provided, you will have to log-in using your own account.

Laundry - Washer and dryer are located in the unit with tide pods, bleach, and dryer sheets provided.

Guest access
Guests have access to everything in the home excluding the utility closet in the basement. That is reserved for our cleaners. A front door code with be provided to you during your stay.

Please note utility closet in the basement is utilized to store cleaning supplies. It will be locked and unavailable to guests.

Additionally, the small part of second closet in the master bedroom is utilized to store extra linens and pillows in case the living area is to be utilized as a sleeping area.
