Enjoy spectacular sunset views that paint the sky in a mesmerizing palette of colors. A short 6min stroll takes you to the stunning Gulf of Mexico shores, while the serene Little Lagoon invites you to explore perfect spot for kayaking, or canoeing 🛶


The condo is clean, fresh and comfy. TV in both living room and bedroom w/ streaming available. So, log into your apps and enjoy your
favorites.

This retreat also offers access to community amenities, including a boat launch, fishing pier, outdoor pool, and shared BBQ area. Just cross the street, and you are walking the sugar sands of the Gulf of Mexico where you can enjoy shelling or relaxing while reading your favorite book. You won't believe the sunsets!

Although the space is safe and comfortable for children, it is NOT child proof.

Access to the condo is via a single flight of outdoor stairs.

1 assigned parking spot is available in the marked spot below the condo. Additional free parking to the side of the building.

Perfect getaway

The condo was a perfect place to stay at for our little family. Close to everything yet far away from any loud noise at night. The host was super responsive and very quick to answer anything. Would highly recommend and look forward to coming back again in the future!
