55 inch in living room and 42 inch in master bedroom. Our condo is located on the 6th floor and has DIRECT OCEAN VIEWS. .Free Wifi This newer condo complex is located on the north side of West Beach in Gulf Shores! The ground floor has a large outdoor pool surrounded by a full-sized deck and a fully enclosed indoor pool. The Tower is connected to a private beach club located on 100' of private beach on the Gulf of Mexico. The club can be accessed from the Tower through an enclosed, air-conditioned walkway over West Beach Blvd. The club contains a pool, wraparound deck, & gated boardwalk to beach.We are located just 1 mile from Gulf Shores Beach Park (site of the annual Gulf Shores Shrimp Festival) at the corner of Highway 59 and Beach Boulevard.

Condo was small, there was only 1 pull-out bed instead of the 2 thats listed on the ad, and in the living room there's only seating for 4 unless you sit at the dinning table.

Peaceful Oasis

I have stayed at Crystal Towers 5 times over the past 3 years and love the amenities. Our stay in October was very peaceful. The pools were not overcrowded. Needs walkin shower.

Soccer Tournament getaway

We were looking for somewhere to stay our our daughters soccer tournament and knew we wanted to take advantage of staying by the beach. We’ve stayed at Crystal Towers before but this was the first time in Ms Kim’s condo. Everything was wonderful. We had everything we needed while there, she stayed in contact and responded quickly. Would love to come back!

The condo was very nice and fully stocked for all of your needs. The beds were very comfortable. The linens were freshly laundered. There were some cleanliness issues, however the owner was very receptive and handled it! We will stay at this unit again. Wish the weather was better, but that's a chance you take in March 😉

Crystal Towers

Love the crystal towers condo. Great view of the beach. Condo was nice but wasn't very clean when we got there, but we were refunded what we spent on cleaning supplies to clean with. Needs a new dishwasher, it didn't clean the dishes good. Needs more towels we only had 6 towels for 6 people so we had to wash towels constantly. The lock on the balcony door in the master bedroom was broken so we couldn't use the door to access the balcony. Kim was very nice and helpful when we had a problem.

BOOK AT YOUR OWN RISK!

Just wanna start by saying everyone's level of cleanliness is different but pics don't lie. AFTER ARRIVING @ 3pm I notified management(KIM) @ 3:26PM that I checked in and that this place needed cleaning. Pictures were sent and I told her that there was hair everywhere, floors seemed to not have been swept or mopped in a while, the bath tubs were full of hair, the fridge was dirty the sofa had caked up food on it, there was dust and dirt everywhere. The vent for the AC unit was caked with dirt/dust. The dishwasher was nasty and not working right. The toilets looked like only the seat was wiped and everything else around the area never been touched in a while. The shower curtain was so stained and caked with build up. There was even leftover dog food kernels throughout the place. Management response: "I'm so sorry. The last guest left about 7 days ago. I will send these pics to the housekeeper. She told me it was clean this morning when she left the pool bands" Just to be clear no shape or form of a housekeeper came through and I didn't hear anything else from MANAGEMENT! Not a phone call, text or anything about an update. We literally spent our first night buying cleaning supplies and cleaning this disgusting place. The overall rating for the entire property would be a 3. Only now I am seeing previous reviews and to say that this property has been dealing with uncleanliness for a couple of years now should make the next person RECONSIDER booking here!

GREAT BUILDING - NOT GREAT OWNERS!

I have waited over 4 months to post this review in hopes that my letter and photos would have prompted some type of owner response, sadly, it did not. This unit was the filthiest unit I have EVER rented, in need of basic and deep cleaning. It had NOT been cleaned at all, this includes food crumbs on counter and a hard dry wash cloth in the shower (& so much more). I paid a full cleaning fee for 3 nts for 2 adults in November, the same fee I pay for 6 people for one week in the summer! Did I call and gripe? No! Did I demand a refund? No! I took photos, and when I got home, I sent a very tactful letter along with several photos of the condition I found the unit in. I gave them the benefit of the doubt, they live out of town (?), someone was there and they didn't know (?). I gave them time through the holidays to sort it out and get back with me with ANYTHING AT ALL! I have not received a phone call, text message, email. NOTHING! No apology, no offer of a refund (although I did not ask). I stay in this building all the time, in fact, I just got back yesterday from another stay there, but I will NEVER rent this unit again and I suggest that if you want a clean unit, you don't rent it either. The building is great, but rent from someone else, there are plenty of wonderful owners here, find a different one. I find it highly offensive that someone could not even offer me an apology or excuse of some kind, it would have made all the difference in the world. The filth went way beyond what I mentioned here, so if you read this, find another unit or don't say you were not warned =(

Our overall experience was good.With the exception of a couple of things. One in particular, a huge deal.This Condo advertises it sleeps Six. Upon our first night, pulling out the sofa couch. It was broken. My guess had to sleep on the floor because the bed was so horrible. It was not sleepable . The next morning when I reached out to the representative, I got absolutely no help. I did get a response, but it was rather rude. She said the bed was bent and not broken.If you cannot sleep on a bed because it’s bent and it’s so bad then it is broken. We had to go out and purchase 100 air mattress for our guest to sleep on for the rest of the week. It was the lack of concern that was of the upmost rudeness. Her response was that the couch was only a year old and no one else had complained.The next morning when I pulled out a pan to make some eggs, it had a good bit of dried egg. . We washed every dish before we use them. It was disgusting. When I brought that up, she also could have cared less.The condo could have been cleaner. But it was a nice condo with a great view. I personally would never rent this particular condo again for those reasons and dealing with the representative.We loved golf Shores and had a fabulous time.We enjoyed the condo, the view was everything. They said it was, the balcony was a great size. The issues I stated were really the only problem.Thank you.

One night stay - great experience

The unit was very clean and well decorated. I was very please with our short stay. The commincation was great and the owner was responsive to my questions. The pool and view was nice. The complex itself was not as nice as I would have hoped but was fine for a short trip. There is a 20 a day parking fee to be aware of factoring in.

Great for a festival weekend

This condo is about 1.3 miles from the hangout fest/sand in my boots grounds-an easy walk! The property has access to two pools and the beach access is easy and no need to cross the street with the skywalk. The condo.itself was clean and had everything needed. The washing machine needs small loads only, like a few towels, or things do not spin dry at all. Otherwise everything else was perfect, clean and great location. Kim was wonderful to work with, very responsive and accommodating.

Perfect over night trip

We made a day trip to Gulf Shores. The condo was in a great location, easy access to the beach, wonderful pools. The view from the balcony was amazing. The condo was clean, beds were comfortable and had all the things we needed. Elevator waits were minimal. Would definitely stay again.

Spectacular Stay at Crystal Towers

As grandparents we always look for places that have great access to the beach & a pool for our grandkids. Our stay had it all. Beautiful view, pools and affordable lodging. We were close to our favorite pla es to eat like Sunliner Diner, Lulu's and even Lambert's want to far away.
