I have waited over 4 months to post this review in hopes that my letter and photos would have prompted some type of owner response, sadly, it did not. This unit was the filthiest unit I have EVER rented, in need of basic and deep cleaning. It had NOT been cleaned at all, this includes food crumbs on counter and a hard dry wash cloth in the shower (& so much more). I paid a full cleaning fee for 3 nts for 2 adults in November, the same fee I pay for 6 people for one week in the summer! Did I call and gripe? No! Did I demand a refund? No! I took photos, and when I got home, I sent a very tactful letter along with several photos of the condition I found the unit in. I gave them the benefit of the doubt, they live out of town (?), someone was there and they didn't know (?). I gave them time through the holidays to sort it out and get back with me with ANYTHING AT ALL! I have not received a phone call, text message, email. NOTHING! No apology, no offer of a refund (although I did not ask). I stay in this building all the time, in fact, I just got back yesterday from another stay there, but I will NEVER rent this unit again and I suggest that if you want a clean unit, you don't rent it either. The building is great, but rent from someone else, there are plenty of wonderful owners here, find a different one. I find it highly offensive that someone could not even offer me an apology or excuse of some kind, it would have made all the difference in the world. The filth went way beyond what I mentioned here, so if you read this, find another unit or don't say you were not warned =(
