Located on the 21st floor, this apartment is situated in a great location and is just a short walk from top attractions like The Dubai Marina Walk.

The living room is bright and airy, with a beautiful view and a lot of sunlight. The space has a comfortable couch and a TV to enjoy your favourite Netflix shows. There is also a fully equipped modern kitchen with essential cookware and cutleries that you'll need to whip up a delicious meal. You may even grab your morning coffee on the balcony whenever you wish.

The two bedrooms have a king-size bed and a queen-sized bed, respectively. The beds will have hotel-quality linens to ensure a good night's sleep.

The contemporary bathrooms contain all the essentials you'll need to freshen up. Fresh towels and complimentary toiletries will also be provided for your convenience.

The home is always professionally cleaned and strategically sanitized for your safety.

Note: There is currently some construction during the day around the building. Therefore, we apologise for any possible noise.

Daily housekeeping services are available upon request for an additional fee.

Please note, Dubai is a vibrant and ever-growing city, and with these developments come occasional construction in the apartment building or surrounding area. While this may bring some urban sounds or affect the views from the property, it is all part of the city’s dynamic growth. We truly appreciate your understanding and look forward to hosting you.

The apartment building is in an excellent location for business travellers, families and holiday goers. Right by the Dubai Marina, you can find plenty of things to do in the area. You could also head to the Dubai Marina mall, only <10> minutes on foot, for grocery and leisurely shopping. Marina Beach and Skydive Dubai are all in the vicinity. There are also plenty of restaurants within a <10> minute walk from the home.

The Dubai Marina walk, a <10> minute walk away, which lines the waterfront has a selection of cosmopolitan restaurants. At the same time, the palm tree-lined boardwalk connects the many towers in the development, the gardens and the marina.

You'll have no trouble getting around town. Taxis are always available in front of the building, and Uber App and the local version called Careem App are available in the city.

Burj Khalifa is 20 mins away by car.
Jumeirah Beach is 20 mins away by car.
Burj Al Arab is 15 mins away by car.

Minimum Check-in Age: Guest must be at least 18 years old to check in.
Check-in Process: This is a self-check-in property. You may check in at our standard check-in time (4 PM onwards).
Late Check-in Surcharge: For check-ins after 21:00, an AED 150 surcharge applies and must be paid in advance. This is a mandatory requirement from building management that a GuestReady representative must be present at the time of check-in. Please share your arrival time with us in advance to avoid any delays.
ID Requirement: As per local regulations of DET and authorities, a copy of each guest’s passport must be submitted before arrival. We strongly recommend uploading these documents as soon as your booking is confirmed to ensure a smooth check-in.
No Smoking Policy: We have a strict zero-tolerance policy for smoking inside the property. If any signs of smoking are found (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts), a minimum fine of AED 1800 will apply.
Checkout & Penalty: Checkout is strictly at 11:00 AM. Any late checkout without prior approval will incur a penalty of AED 1800. Our team needs time to prepare the home for the next guest, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and readiness. Please respect the checkout time to avoid disruptions for incoming guests.
Additional Services: Housekeeping services are available upon request for an additional fee during your stay.
