The room could be so much better. However it needs serious renovation. The AC in the small room is broken, it leaks water through the ceiling, leaving the bathroom floor flooded. The shower drain is not working. Main bathroom has a broken rain shower. The microwave isn’t working. Some of the walls had recent water damage, it smells damp and moist, the walls have a partial finished applied. The remote for the parking was missing. It took 10 days for a replacement to be handed to us. We had to ask security all the time to open the gates. Once everything is fixed, this is a great apartment.

: A lovely, spacious flat. We travelled with two children and found it very comfortable: two separate bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. The kitchen has everything you need (apart from a dishwasher). A stunning view from the balcony. There are a few restaurants and a small grocery shop with everything you need (there was no sponge for washing up, so we bought everything in the shop). It’s about an hour’s leisurely stroll to Marina Mall.

Great location and view. Excellent accommodation: its location, cleanliness, helpful front desk staff, and direct view of Dubai Harbour. There was a water leak in one of the rooms.

Excellent accommodation and highly recommended: the location has a great view, the place is very clean and quiet, the furniture is excellent, and we did not find any negatives with the management.

Очень классные апартаменты! Вид просто бомбический, из одной комнаты видно колесо обозрения из другой пальму джумейру. Локация у апартаментов тоже очень удобная до метро по Марине минут 15 , ТЦ Марина Молл тоже минут 15 пешком, до пляжа идти минут 20. Сама квартира красивая, чистая, большая есть все необходимое👍 При заселении нам пошли на встречу и сделали раннее заселение, в процессе нашего пребывания интересовались все ли в порядке, очень хорошая коммуникация с управляющей компанией , очень быстро отвечали , все вопросы решались быстро. Мы очень довольны остались апартаментами.
