Experience the timeless allure of this 1925-built home, where a beautifully maintained front lawn welcomes you to a porch tailor-made for savoring coffee while soaking in the sunrise. Plus, with a vast 6,969 square feet at your disposal, this property offers ample room for your kids and pets to roam and frolic, making it the perfect playground for family adventures.

Upon arrival, encounter a chic and contemporary setting featuring original hardwood floors and expansive double-pane windows that bathe the interior in ample sunlight. Unwind in the embrace of our plush couches for a delightful movie night on the 55” HDTV or enjoy epic board game battles on the dining table for an evening filled with entertainment. While I won't be available in person, I am always just a phone call away.

Please be aware that there is a train nearby that runs twice daily from Sunday evening until Friday afternoon. The train typically operates during mid-afternoon and late evening hours.
Security Cameras: Any attempt to tamper with or damage the outdoor cameras, including disabling, covering, or blocking, will result in a repair fee of $100 per camera/violation and immediate eviction from the property without a refund.

Checking in early/late instructions: Early check-ins and late check-outs are possible based on availability. The price is $35 per hour with a minimum of one hour and a maximum of two hours. Unapproved late check-outs are charged $100 per hour past 10 AM. Guests are responsible for associated costs if they delay housekeeping staff.

Smoking: We kindly request there to be NO SMOKING or VAPING indoors at any time. This includes cigarettes, cigars, or drugs of any kind.

Guests: To ensure the comfort and security of our guests, only registered guests are permitted on the property, with a maximum capacity of 7 people. An additional fee of $35 will be charged for each extra guest.

Events/Parties: Please be considerate of our neighbors and watch your noise levels – this also means that NO PARTIES or LARGE EVENTS of any sort are allowed. If you are caught having a party, you will be fined $400. Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM.

Guest Contact: Please refrain from contacting or disturbing your neighbors for any reason during your stay. Failure to comply will result in the immediate termination of your reservation. If you have any questions or concerns, please reach out to me directly.

Bathroom: Do not flush sanitary items, wet wipes, paper towels, or diapers. Flush toilet paper only.

Cleaning & Maintenance:
There is a green trashcan located in the driveway. Please make sure to tie the trash bags up before depositing them in the trashcan. Do not place trash bags on the ground.

The trash service runs every Thursday morning around 9. Place the trashcan at the edge of the driveway for pickup.
