Welcome to Southern Serenity at Bid-a-wee! Enjoy our home in the peaceful neighborhood of Bid-a-Wee beach with Private, Gated Beach Access just one block from our house! Perfect for families not wanting to battle busy condo elevators or fight for space on the beach! This 3 BR, 2 Bath has enough room to comfortably sleep the entire family or your group of friends. Centrally located in the heart of PCB. Take a stroll on the beach to nearby restaurants - walk to mini golf, go-karting, shopping & more! Just a few minutes drive from Pier Park, Frank Brown Park, Bay County Pier, PCB Pier, Skywheel and so much more! Current Max Occupancy 7 Guests. This is a family-friendly neighborhood. No smoking, no illegal drugs or underage drinking, no parties allowed in or outside of house on the property. Thank you for respecting our neighbors and allowing all to enjoy the beautiful white sandy beaches!

More about the property:
This is a two-story duplex home on a quiet block of residential/short term homes. Easy parking for two vehicles in front driveway. Three bedrooms upstairs - two with queen beds and one with a triple bunk. (180 lb weight limit on each bunk) two full bathrooms, one up and one down. Fully equipped kitchen, including Keurig coffee maker. We also supply beach towels and a beach wagon with 2 beach chairs, a beach cooler, umbrella and some sand toys and volleyball.

Security Note: Ring Doorbell may record video and audio at front entry upon motion for security purposes only.

No Smoking, Vaping, Illegal Drugs, Underage Drinking allowed anywhere on property - this is strictly enforced to ensure a relaxing and safe environment for all guests. If you have smokers/vapers in your group, we suggest a relaxing walk around the neighborhood or to the beach! We appreciate your understanding and cooperation as we try to keep our property family-friendly.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
It is okay to leave unopened drinks/food in fridge so as not to waste. However, all opened items should be thrown away or taken with you. Thanks.
We provide extra beach towels. As a bonus, if you could put any beach towels you use in the wash and start before leaving .
Take care to not track in sand. Using the outside shower after the beach and/or taking of shoes worn to the beach before entry to house really helps.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No smoking, no illegal drugs or underage drinking allowed anywhere on the property, no parties allowed in or outside of house on the property.
Please respect the quiet hours between 10:00pm-7:00am. Repeated noise complaints may result in termination of your stay w/out refund.

Beach Get away

Very nice place! They supply you with all the necessaties! Just bring your clothes and swimsuits! Very clean and organized. They even have a beach wagon, cooler, and beach towels for you to use.

Relaxing getaway

This property was very clean and comfortable. Our group had one that uses a wheelchair part of the time and the main floor was very doable for him. Of course the upstairs was a challenge for him but he was able to figure out a plan. The kitchen was clean and pretty well stocked except for a couple items. There was a grill but no grilling utensils. But with what she had we were able to make it work! I loved how convenient the beach was to our rental! We spent a lot of hours at the beach and the outside shower was a blessing to get all the sand off before going into the house. We would definitely stay there again!
