We were there for a weekend and the stay was very enjoyable. The location was excellent. We were very close to historic Fredericksburg. The property was as advertised and it was clean. We had no problems with check in or anything else. I would recommend this property and host.

This was a nice older property. It was clean and great for our short stay. It is inconvenient for older folks with all bathrooms on top floor with steep stairs but it wasnt a problem for us.

Stayed at this property while visiting Fredericksburg for the Marine Corps Half Marathon. The property is in a perfect location for anyone looking to explore downtown Fredericksburg as well as other attractions such as the convention center. The property manager made the check-in process easy and supplied a welcome folder with recommendations for local restaurants and sites. An added plus was having a 7/11 across the street for quick snacks and drinks. We enjoyed our stay in Fredericksburg and recommend this property to anyone looking.

This was so convenient for a visit with my daughter at the university. We were close to the sunken road, tavern for diner and walking distance to downtown. And let's not forget about the battlefield restaurant for breakfast. Fantastic.

Our stay was great. This house is conveniently located to Old Town Fredericksburg, VA. We walked to the farmer’s market one morning (about a 10 - 15 minute walk) and ate a great brunch at Food. Easy parking on the road.

Holiday Getaway with Family

This house was a lovely place for the family to meet up and spend some quality time together over the Christmas break. Walking distance to historic downtown Fredericksburg. It was a quiet and relaxing retreat! We would definitely come and stay again!
