Perfect for families not wanting to battle busy condo elevators or fight for space on the beach! This 3 BR, 2 Bath has enough room to comfortably sleep the entire family or your group of friends. Centrally located in the heart of PCB. Take a stroll on the beach to nearby restaurants - walk to mini golf, go-karting, shopping & more! Just a few minutes drive from Pier Park, Frank Brown Park, Bay County Pier, PCB Pier, Skywheel and so much more! Current Max Occupancy 7 Guests. This is a family-friendly neighborhood. No smoking, no illegal drugs or underage drinking, no parties allowed in or outside of house on the property.
