*Designated parking is assigned for 2 moderately sized vehicles in driveway
*There is no smoking inside or outside while on the property.
*Max 2 dogs allowed- additional fee to be collected
*Minimum Age Requirement is 25.
*Guest must agree to sign Paradise30A rental agreement with 48 hours of booking or we will cancel the reservation.
*All reservations are non-refundable, we strongly encourage adding travel insurance to your reservation so that you are covered.
*Property management is not liable for any construction that may occur outside of the properties we manage.
