LUXURY IN OLD TOWN...
Grand home in the Historic Seaport area of Old Town Key West. Tucked behind a canopy of palms this home has a unique sense of privacy. This property offers the utmost in privacy set gated, peaceful and quiet.
***PRIMARY GUEST MUST BE AT LEAST 25 YEARS OF AGE

LOUNGE...
Relax by the private heated pool on a lounge chair or on one of the 2 expansive porches. Lush tropical landscaping throughout with tall palms offering generous shade to the expansive grounds.

DINE...
The cozy dining room is wrapped with earthy Dade County Pine walls and wood flooring. Dining indoors with plentiful bar seating or outside by the bbq makes for family meals together. Living area boasts plenty of indoor seating and a flat screen tv.

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS....
Up to 10 people can sleep in this rare gem. There are two king bedrooms with two full ensuite baths off of the kitchen on the 1st floor. The 2nd floor is made up of the primary bedroom with king bed and full en suite bath. Enjoy french doors to a large private covered porch with bird’s eye view. Also located on the 2nd floor is a full bath that is shared by the two bedrooms on the 3rd floor. The 3rd floor is great for children offering a bedroom with two twin beds that convert to a king upon request, and another bedroom with a king bed.

OUTDOOR LIVING AND AMENITIES...
The Historic Seaport is in walking distance and where you will find quaint shops & restaurants just three short blocks to Duval Street and all of the attractions downtown Key West has to offer. Take a sunset cruise, go snorkeling, or grab a fishing charter.

Enjoy parking for up to 3 vehicles!

BEACHES...
There is a small beach called Simonton Beach 0.4 miles away. Fort Zachary Taylor Beach is located 1.4 miles away. Another small beach called South Beach is 1.1 miles away. Higgs Beach is 1.5 miles and Smathers Beach is 2 miles.

Tucked away private resort-like vacation home!

It is in a perfect location easy to walk or bike everywhere. The family room had plenty of space to relax. We enjoyed the porch for morning coffee and evening happy hour. The heated pool is private and the temperature was perfect. Highly recommend this property and we will be back! The property manager, Dan, was awesome to work with!

Fabulous Key West House

This house is gorgeous , with a large kitchen, dining, living area. It’s tastefully decorated with Caribbean colors throughout. All the king sized beds were very comfortable. It was lovely to sit on the porches with morning coffee. This property is special for its privacy, nice heated pool, and parking for two cars. We were all sad to leave!

A hidden gem in heart of old town!

This property is amazing! Its a hidden oasis located a very short walking distance to many of the best place to go in Key West. The house was spacious, beds where very comfortable, the kitchen is beautiful, and the grounds made you feel like you were on your own private island.

Great Place for Group Trips

Myself and some friends stayed at the Southernmost Belle on a recent trip to Key West. The location is awesome. All the great spots are walkable from where the house is located. The house was clean, just as advertised and Shana was great to communicate with. Had a blast, would highly recommend to anyone looking for a vacation rantal!

We had a wonderful trip! The kitchen lacked a few bells and whistles, but the home was beautiful, great location, and awesome yard and pool. We will absolutely book again!

Centrally located, perfect walking distance to almost everything, beautiful property including a nice yard and pool. My family....ages 5 to 78 all enjoyed our stay. There was enough room for family gatherings to be together and individual time quietly by one's self. It suited our family of 10 perfectly!!

Beautiful home and excellent location

Everything was great! The house was beautiful, the pool was small but absolutely perfect and plenty of space. I’ve been to the Keys a lot and the location was great - walkable or Duval loop bus (free) to everywhere! If I had one thing that was odd it would be the incredible gorgeous bathroom showers did not have shelves or a niche - just a little odd but truly a gem of a house!

Great location, great property.

We had 3 couples and 2 singles with us. All adults. Better for 3 adult couples with a couple of kids because the top floor does not have an attached bath and is smaller than the 1st and 2nd story rooms. Have to use the extra full bath o. The 2nd floor. But the property was great, location was very central and we highly recommend it.

The location is perfect - 2 blocks off Duval. We could party on the street then a quick walk back to this private getaway. We jumped in the refreshing pool each day to cool off before heading back out for the festivities. Very clean and beautiful inside and out - highly recommend!!!

Just a few blocks from duval made walking or a golf cart ride super easy to get anywhere. We loved being tucked back in and not directly on the main road , just a little path to get to the house made you feel like you were in your own paradise with no one around. The property manager team was quick, responsive, catered to any need you had or question. This was absolutely amazing !!! Will be back !!!

Absolutely wonderful

This property is to die for in all the beautiful ways. Our family w/ six kids ranging from 10-20 years enjoyed every corner of the property. We were greeted by the house rooster and chickens. Butterflies were dancing all around us too. The yard was absolutely perfect and a favorite spot to hang out for everyone. The beds were so dreamy. Layout of the house was thoughtful, beautiful, and the throw blankets at the end are so luscious that I plan to order several for our home. I heard our kids mention so many times that they wished we could pick up the house and move it home with us! As for the service, it was next level. We were more than accommodated by the management team. So grateful for them and this gem in Key West. We absolutely cannot wait to come back!!

Great location and tucked back from the street giving a quiet, oasis feel to the house and pool. Each bedroom with its own bathroom. Kitchen well supplied with enough wine glasses to serve the adults and quality pots and pans to make a great Christmas dinner. Adequate, well appointed seating, seating to watch TV or open presents. And places to be when away from the rain. Easy walking or biking to town and all that it offers, including a cute coffee shop and food store.

True Paradise

We rented the Southernmost Belle house for my 40th birthday and had a group of friends come down to celebrate with us. It was a beautiful house in the perfect location. The pictures and description were very accurate. The house is secluded from the street and all of the other houses around it. You truly feel like you are on your own island. We did some things in Key West when we came to stay, but ended up hanging out at the house more than anything. I would highly recommend this house to anyone looking to get away in a nice, quiet setting, but still want to be close to it all in a few minute walk. I also ended up getting engaged on the top balcony in front of some of my best friends. It will always be a vacation I will never forget 💗

Perfection

This property was perfect in almost every way! The location can’t be beat. It sits off the road, down a beautiful path, with a lush yard that provides total privacy. It’s within walking distance to Mallory Square, Duval, restaurants, bars, shops, and just about anywhere else you might want to go. It looks as though the whole house has been remodeled and is beautifully decorated. The pool is a beautiful oasis in the yard. Shana, the property manager, was very helpful and responsive. She even loaned us her own casserole dish when the house didn’t have one! The only thing that was only slightly less than perfect was that the third floor bedrooms felt damp even with the air conditioning units. But it is Key West, and the weather is hot and humid in June, so this was very minor in the big scheme of things. I would 100% recommend this property to anyone looking for a perfect stay in Key West!

Temperature control was great throughout the house so everyone was comfortable. Location was perfect for us because we prefer that end of the island. A few things that were not up to par . The dipping pool was not warm enough and not well lit at night. There was no directions we could find on pool controls. The kitchen table only has 3 chairs which is odd but there is a large breakfast bar. Check out was really rushed at 10 am with all of our guests and things were left behind.We were told we would recieve option to mail home but we never did

Perfect Seclusion!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had the best time at Southernmost Belle! The house was better than expected as it has taken on a WHOLE NEW LOOK! It was nice before but the update is so much classier and to me has more of the KW Island feel. Light, airy and very spacious. The property manager is on-it. The second day on site the coffee pot quit working and I texted her super early in the morning...from the first text to her arrival with a brand new coffee pot was only 13 minutes. Wow. She was super quick to respond to everything. We hired a local private chef to cook in the house for us one night which was a total bonus. Something I would suggest you consider doing. Chef Martin Liz. The only bummer was there was a leak in the pool waterfall so we couldn't have any circulation or waterfall sounds. I'm sure they will get it fixed. The house was amazing and we hope to be back!
