Plush furniture occupies the living space with a flat screen TV for lazy afternoons in. A convenient powder room is located steps away. A second floor seating area with a sectional couch, table and flat screen TV is the perfect entertaining area for game night. This property is equipped with a Ring Doorbell located next to the front door of the home.

Very nice place

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Good location. Quiet even though it backs up to duval. Beautifully decorated. Blender was broken when we arrived and they brought us a new one within a few hours! Great management!

Perfect LOcation

House was great and location is amazing. You can't get any closer to Duvall without being directly on it. Practically the center of Duvall street so everything is walking distance. Parking spot is tight - I would recommend renting a golf cart in lieu of a car - but everything is so close, you don't need either.
