Welcome to this perfectly imperfect Cape Cod Charmer! Cute as a button at this 3 bedroom, 1 1/2 bathroom home you can walk down the street to the beach and pier! This little beauty is a bright gem with a large yard and in a wonderfully convenient location. Close to restaurants (you can walk to) and Pocasset Golf Course. Enjoy the outdoor shower and lovely gardens as you sit outside and enjoy your beverages on one of the many decks. The screened-in porch is most welcoming with seating for four. Complete with a separate former Artist Studio now holds kayaks for your use or just enjoy the extra space. On those chilly nights in the primary main floor bedroom relax and watch tv in the warmth of the new fireplace. Both the primary and the upstairs 2nd bedroom each have a walk-out deck!
