Step outside onto the deck and enjoy outdoor dining, fire up the barbecue grill, or unwind in the outdoor seating area while sipping your favorite beverage. As the day draws to a close, gather around the fire pit and watch the mesmerizing sunset.

Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Check out is 10:00 AM. Please note the guest code will not work after check out. The cleaners arrive promptly at 10:00 AM. If leaving early, please let me know so that I can tell the cleaners.
Please load all dirty dishes in the dishwasher and start a cycle. Beds do NOT need to be stripped. Please bag and place all trash from the house into the trash bin outside.
Please discard all food items that you brought with you that you do not plan on taking. However, please leave anything that was in the fridge when you arrived such as the ketchup and mustard.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No parties or guests over the limit.
Throw all trash in bags. Please put trash in the bins outside.
No Pets, Smoking or Drugs.
