We enjoyed our stay from Aug. 4-8. We booked here primarily for the pool as we have grandchildren. The condo was spacious and thoughtfully decorated. The beds were very comfortable. The area felt safe and grounds were well taken care of. Check in and out were simple. I appreciated she had snacks and coffee supplies. I did let her know the dryer was not working.

Communication 100% before and during stay- I asked prior to stay if I could check in earlier than the original listing time and she confirmed the day of that I could check in at 12-2 due to me having a 4 month old and traveling from Tennessee to attend the R & B Tour!!! Everything was what I expected and more. Thank you Jenny. Very spacious for extra luggage I loved the walk thru closet in master bedroom Clean 100%Remotes had batteries 100%The mirror in the living room is what won me over between Jenny’s listing and another listing closer to Protective Stadium. I highly recommend this beautiful clean home.

Perfect place for us

Spouse and I come to Birmingham periodically to visit family. Very convenient, whether headed into town or suburbs. 5-15 minute drive to stores, entertainment, etc. Clean, comfortable and quiet. Very nice place to come to after a long travel day. Host communicates well and is very hospitable.

Excellent Property

Perfect property for a girls trip, very centrally located, feels very safe. Quiet and cozy. The condo is clean, and has everything you could possibly need in the kitchen... thank you so much for the coffee basket as well as the snacks! Full size refrigerator with ice maker

Great place and location in Birmingham

Located on the ground floor, the apartment was easy to find, safe location, simple check in and access code, ample parking, basic supplies provided, and clear departure instructions. Close to UAB. There were multiple air purifiers, which I thought were for humidity. However, there was also a slight odor of cigarette smoke even though no smoking was allowed. We noticed it each time we walked in and some of our clothes left out had a similar smell. I would recommend it if looking for a place outside of the city limits for a great price.

Good location but smells like smoke

The property is in a good location but the entire property smells like smoke. Even after getting home and washing our clothes, there’s a residual smoke smell. There were air purifiers in two of the rooms, but did not help the overall smell. Things were clean and nice, but the smell was overpowering. Were it not for the smell of smoke I would have rated this much much higher. It should say something in the description that people have smoked inside.
