I needed a place for a quick overnight stay and this studio was perfect. Amenities were as advertised. Parking seemed adequate, but I'll admit i walked to and from work nearby. Place is a short walk to CWRU, Little Italy (and all accompanying restaurants and bakeries), as well as University Hospitals. Only concern is the location is in close proximity to the RTA rail line, so there is some train noise. Otherwise this place met my needs for the stay.
This was exactly as described, a nice clean apartment in the historic Little Italy neighborhood. The manager was very responsive to some requests I had, and it was stocked with the essentials. The only downside was the neighborhood, lots of college housing. But despite that, we felt it was quiet and slept well.

Location was great. Apartment was very small-no closet and missing some expected kitchen amenities. But, host was very responsive and location was great-short walk to University Circle, Little Italy.
This was an excellent choice for my husband and son who wanted to be right on campus. Apartment was clean and provided all amenities. Host was communicative and welcoming. Perfect location.

A lot of issues
1- I was told that there was parking. There were signs everywhere saying no parking we took a chance and had no issues. But had concerns during the stay. 2-walking to the apartment you can smell sewer. Sewer all over the front of the lawn. 3- 4 garbage cans completely full over flowing.4- the steps at rotten. Have to stay to the right climbing them. 5-Outside door will not close. 6-we had to call for towels. 7-no iron or ironing board. 8- no toaster9-no garbage bags. 10-we only where given 1 towel each for the stay. 11-bath room when you flushed the toilet gases come up the sink in the kitchen, tub and sink. 12- while showering we had black stuff coming up the drain. 13- trains running near the area that can be heard all night.14- large rat traps on the walkway. 15- ants,we killed a lot of ants and other insects. My final thought, the hosts were great but this place requires a look of work. I can not recommend the place to anyone. It should be look at and condemned because of the sewer.
