The bedroom has a king-sized bed with complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure guests sleep well. And the bathrooms have all the essentials for your convenience, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries.

Downtown Dubai is one of the most upscale locations in Dubai, boasting some award-winning restaurants, hotels and stores; the area has a spectacular lineup of lifestyle content to feed the appetites of its young population.
RP Heights is conveniently located in Downtown Dubai, across The Address Views Hotel, within a 3-minute walk to Dubai Mall and 5 minutes to the Dubai Fountain. It is also only 17 minutes away from Dubai Airport. With its great weather, visitors can take a quick walk, explore the Downtown Dubai vibe, and visit Burj Park. Around the area, there are various famous restaurants, such as Czn Barrack and The Pool Lounge at The Address Views. On the ground floor of the building, there is the Choitrams grocery store, a small Fairmart grocery store across the street, and a salon across RP Heights. There are also other shops located inside the Dubai Mall.
You'll have no trouble getting around town. Taxis are always available in front of the building, and Uber App and the local version called Careem App are available in the city.
The nearest train station, Jumeirah Beach Residence 1, Seaside Bus stop and Jumeirah Beach Residence Tram Station, are just less than a 10-minute walk.
Dubai International Airport is a 30-minute drive from the property.
This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You may check in at our standard check-in time (4 PM onwards).
Due to local laws, we need a copy of your passport before arrival. I will have to upload this passport copy to Dubai Tourism Department to register you as a guest. This apartment is fully legal and reported on Holiday Homes. Please note that as per Dubai Tourism and Commerce Marketing (DTCM), a guest will be charged a Tourism Dirham Fee of AED 10 per night.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum AED 1800 smoking fee.
Checkout time & Penalty: The checkout time is strictly 11 AM. Any checkout later than 11 AM without 48-hour notice will be a penalty of AED 500. We need more time to prepare our home for the next guest and want to ensure we deliver our home in the best quality and on time. We hope you can be considerate of this, respect the checkout time and remain fair to the next guests.
