The beautiful condo faces to sun lake and it has a spacious screened patio with an amazing view. It only takes 1 minute walk to a plaza for shopping and restaurants which is very convenient ! More importantly, you are only 2 miles from Disney and the shuttle buses are available for you just at the hotel, no more concerns about getting stuck in traffic---Now that's convenience that can't be beat! (shuttle buses: just cross the street from the sun lake resort).

Being so close to the Disney parks was very convenient. You could even hear the fireworks. Lots of food/ shopping options in neighborhood. Having a Walmart nearby was invaluable for Pickups for food/ supplies during our week stay. Even when the original condo fell through, the host was able to put us in another location in the same complex. Host was very responsive to any questions/ concerns. I wish the gym was available 24hr. Being on the first floor, we didn't see the lake but the neighbors were nice. We were a party of 6 and had plenty of room.

The Good 1. Close to Disney! 10 min Drive to the Welcome to Disneyworld Sign 2. So much Shopping, Restaurants, Groceries very close lots within walking distance 3. Lots of Space for family 4. Master bed is very comfortable 5. Clean 6 Close to the Pool The not so good 1. BED BUGS were in one of the queen beds my son was bitten all over with huge welts ( We did get a discount so he could stay at a hotel) But now have medical expenses for the USA we are Canadian so make sure you get travel insurance) The owner did say he was having the issue with the bed bugs fixed,however with the multiple mattress covers on the bed it seems that its been an issue before. 2. Can't turn the thermostat cooler than 73 degrees...its to warm 3. The A/C unit froze up a few times had to get maintenance ( hard to get a hold of maintenance and one of the phone numbers in the Welcome message was no longer in Service) The 3rd day it seemed to be working better 4.The front room couch is missing the sofa bed mattress so it sinks down so far you cant use it,its also very worn with holes Overall I dont like to deal with problems while on Vacation so no I would not stay here again

really a great place & centrally located!

i really enjoyed my 9 day stay at sun lake resorts. the apartment was just as advertised. clean, quite roomy & i felt very comfortable there. the parking was immediately out the front door & the back porch overlooked a small lake area. very quiet day & night. the owner was available for messaging quite promptly , as i had a few questions before i arrived. the neighborhood was located so close to the amusement parks & shopping. im hoping to stay there again soon

GREAT TIME

Super location close to everything. As the condo is the closest to the pool it feels like it is our private pool and gym... so so convenient with kids and teenagers. The overall accomodation is great and the kitchen fully equipped with good material (what is not always the case) so for those who do cooking, it is super easy ! The contact with the owner is easy friendly and super responsive to make the stay the best possible. Thank you Liu, we expect to come back to your place very soon.

Great Condo close to Disney and Universal

My family and I really enjoyed your clean and spacious condo. There were six adults and two children....plenty of room for everyone. In between visiting the parks we enjoyed the pool and work out room. The condo is within walking distance to Cracker Barrel, TGI Fridays, Grocery Store and others. Also, its a short drive to Walmart, Target and many restaurants. The security of the gated community was a plus and the community itself is very quiet. We would definitely stay here again!

Very Roomy REAL 4 BR, 3 full BA, 2 REAL Living Rooms, Quiet, Close to Eats and activities and shops.

When we arrived we were impressed by the nearness of well known restaurants, grocery availability, put put golf courses, etc, yet the feeling of being in the country, quiet and scenic at the same time. We liked the pool location near the unit, the pool house, the kept grounds, the nicely furnished condo, the number of flat screen TV's, I believe there were at least 5 and maybe 6. It was found clean and pretty much as described it would be and as the pictures indicated. It was roomy. Negative upstairs, but it was a plus as well, quieter. Pool Entry Card Failed, plus some minor found items for attention, as we didn't want blame as soon as we arrived. The sliding patio door at the living room will not lock, looks like it had been jimmied, but 2nd floor and screened in porch still intact, so not worried so much. We found the pull out sprayer at kitchen sink was detached, no leaks, but the sprayer and hose were under the cabinet instead in position near cold water faucet handle as it should be. We found the toilet seat in master a slight bit loose, but it didn't get looser for us. One chester drawer hardware handle was unattached at one side. The microwave had a crack in the plastic front (not the glass) that my wife noticed. It wasn't a danger, but could invite dirt, water into the front door skin (not cooking area though), more cosmetic and crack could get worse and ??? could maybe involve worse later, would be a preventative measure to address that simple flaw. A very, very few minor scuffs and stain marks, but not bad at all, or giving any sense of dirtiness. My wife said it did not have a large selection of pots and pans or other cooking utensils, plates as it could be beefed up to have. You may have had more there, but someone or some others have walked off with them ???. We managed fine, but if we'd have had a crowd of hungry folks and cooked there a larger variety it would have been noticed even more. We were cereal eaters, quick microwave heaters and more eating out group this vacation, so all fine. Oh, and I did notice on visiting the main hall bath, and we didn't use that shower while there, that at least one of the glass shower doors may be off the lower track. No damage noticed, a simple maintenance quirk and easy fix for such I would think. All very clean in there though. I loved the spread, the like 2 real living rooms at each end and the true 4 BR's and 3 Full Baths. It had 1 King, 2 Queens, oh 2 Twins and nice Baby Bed in unused room

Perfect Home Away From Home

This home was perfect for our family during our visit to the Orlando area. A bedroom for everyone, and enough bathrooms so that no one ever needed to wait. It was clean and comfortable. The beds were also very comfortable. Best of all, it was close to the theme parks we were visiting. We found the owner to be extremely responsive to all our needs and questions. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay there again.

LOVED IT....this is my fourth time renting from this same owner/unit.

I've rented from the same person 4 years in a row. Me and my 3 other golfing partners love Orlando and we love renting this unit. The unit is ALWAYS clean and has plenty of towels. The owner and management group are very responsive if you need anything. The unit is within walking distance of a grocery store, coffee shop, several restaurants, a sports bar, and an ATM machine. Me and my guys are planning to rent this place again in 2019. The price is very reasonable. Consider the location to amenities, shops, grocery store, restaurants, and that it is set back in a gated community away from the roads/highway it is tough to beat this rental property.

Plenty of room. The beds were comfortable and all the rooms were spacious and nice. Plenty of dishes and silverware. There was a crib, high chair and stroller. We used the stroller in Disney and it was so helpful. The place was 10 minutes from Animal Kingdom and about 20 to Magic Kingdom. Very convenient to restaurants, grocery and souvenir shops.

The property was perfectly located to Disney and restaurants as well as groceries.

Worked well for our family. Stroller available as promised. All was as advertised. Front door was tough to open and close though and a number of light bulbs were burnt out. We did not call the property manager as it was functional but thought we would share these details. The entire transaction was seamless and we would certainly recommend this property and owner to others.

Great Bedrooms

There was confusion when we first got there as to what condo number we had due to conflicting emails and I had to call the manager who was quite rude. We were given a generic code and walked in to find someone was already staying in there. In further investigation we were sent to the correct condo and used the same generic code to get in to that one. That was concerning. The layout was great for our family of all ages with two living areas, four bedrooms and three full bathrooms. The beds were comfortable memory foam so I had to look to see if I could find where they were bought and low and behold they were distributed by Walmart, fantastic find. We were as close as possible to the pool, which had nice loungers and tennis court and that was nice. Now if you had tennis rackets and balls available that would have been great. The weight room was a nice bonus as well as the use of the pool table if only there was a cue stick that wasn't broken. One didn't have a tip and one was glued back together. The amount of dishes was fantastic and having a dishwasher and washer and dryer even better. We walked to the grocery store and a pizzeria in under 3 minutes, another perk. As far as shuttle service at hotel next door we're unsure about because we walked over and got the schedule but it said we needed to show a room key to get on, which we weren't staying there and didn't have one so we didn't try it. Minor issues for us were some black growing on the wall behind master toilet, which I did let the owner know. And my kids were bummed that the wii didn't work. Would we recommend it? Yes.

Perfect Vacation

We are a family of six adults who take an annual three week vacation to Orlando to visit Walt Disney World and Universal Studios. The location of this property could not be any better for anyone visiting the area who is wanting to visit one or both of the resorts. It's located about 10 minutes away from Disney property, and it takes less than 20 minutes to get through the gate to any of the four Disney parks and fully parked. It's roughly a 20 minute drive from Universal property as well, being so close to the interstate. Everything you could possibly need during your stay is within walking or very short driving distance. There are plenty of resteraunts, two grocery stores, and even a Walgreens which has a walk-in clinic attached to it. This was very useful to us, as two of our party got sick during our stay, and having that clinic so conveniently located got us back on our feet with almost no down time what so ever. As for the unit itself, I can't even tell you how fantastic it is. The bedrooms are roomy with very comfortable beds, and the two living rooms are great for relaxing in your down time. The unit has a washer and dryer, and full kitchen, complete with more than enough dishes and cookware. There are three full size bathrooms, all located right across from a bedroom. Perfect for three seperate couples, just as our trip was. We have stayed in several different condo units over the last several years when visiting Orlando, and none of the units we've booked have come remotely close to this one. And on top of that, the price is incredible! We've spent more money to stay somewhere not even half as nice. The property owner responds to any questions or concerns promptly, and refunded our deposit very shortly after our stay ended. To anyone thinking of staying in this unit, I would say stop thinking, and book your trip!

Perfect location

The home was in a perfect location; close to everything. We were 30 minutes from the airport, Seaworld and Downtown Disney. Also an hour from Tampa close to Clear water Beach. If you did not feel like cooking, there were several options to choose from some which you could walk to. The home was very nice. Those mattress were so soft and comfortable. Although the picture I was sent, there was hardwood floors, the home did not have it,but it did not matter. The kitchen had everything you will need if to cook. If you stay here, you will not be disappointed. I also like that fact that the owner always got back to me in a quick manner and was always pleasant. When I go again to Florida, I will definitely rent this home again.

Very Nice, Very Clean, Quiet, Walk to shops

The unit is in a very clean gated community. It is set back behind a small shopping plaza. Far enough from the road or shopping access that you don't hear any of the traffic noise. Grocery store, pharmacy, coffee shops and several restaurants less than 1/2 mile and within walking distance. You can get to most things without having to cross busy streets or highways.....important if you have small kids. The 4-bdrm/3 bath unit has a full kitchen and 4 TV's. Plenty of towels. I would recommend staying here. The owner and his local manager are very responsive.

Even Better than advertised

We really enjoyed our stay. The place was very clean, well laid out and larger than we had expected. There were 5 of us and it worked great. It's proximity to Disney World was great as we just drove our rental car there and then came back during the day for a break and a meal and then went back again. Much better than staying all day and getting overtired. The pool and exercise room were real nice. I was especially impressed with the owner (Iverson). He was very organized and thoughtful. The information on the process and on the gate code, door code, wi-fi code, etc were so easy to follow that I didn't even have to phone the desk for any help - and for me, that's saying something. Absolutely nothing we can fault. The complex was gated and we felt very safe as well.

Condo Rental

Our family of 5 rented this unit for our one-week stay at WDW. Both sets of grandparents came along to enjoy the time with the grandkids. The unit was very clean upon arrival. In fact, the kids walked in and commented on the smell, which I had to let them know that is the smell of having been cleaned. The only downer was that the bathtub plugs did not work, so my husband wasn't able to soak after the long days. Everything was so close and convenient. Public and Target is down the street, a fruit stand is across the road, and a small grocery store is just a 5 minute walk away. It was only an 8 min drive to AK, 12 to HS and EPCOT, and up to 20 to MK. The kids even had a chance to enjoy the heated pool all to themselves with the grandparents. There were plenty of towels and all the different kind of appliances you would need. I would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful and Inexpensive!

My sister-in-law and I are clean freaks and PICKY. We were very pleased and pleasantly surprised at how clean and tidy this condo was, especially for the price. All of the appliances worked great and were clean. We were comfortable in this home, with plenty of towels. If you are cooking meals, you may want to bring dish towels, we only found one. We stayed for two weeks, so we brought our own paper towels and extra toilet paper and trash bags, thought they had extras in the condo. The condo is stocked with all needed kitchen supplies. There is no DVD player, but there is a wii. The pool and hottub were clean and it was not crowded at all. This condo is next to Winn Dixie, and Target is right down the road. It is in a location that is not as congested as other areas of town, but still very close to Disney. Universal is about a 15-20 minute drive, and I am glad we were not closer, as there is more traffic on that side of town. We would definitely stay here again!

Great price, space, and convenience to WDW

Eight of us celebrating birthdays at the Disney World parks found this condo the right size for our group in terms of bedrooms, bathrooms, and living space. The condo was clean, comfortable, and very conveniently located for driving to the parks (10-15 min. drive to various parking lots). A grocery store and some restaurants were within walking distance. The community is secure and quiet, plus it offers a pool and fitness facility although we were too busy to try them out. We had no need to request any kind of service or help while we were there, and any questions we had about reserving the condo in the first place were answered quickly by Iverson Liu. If I were revisiting Disney World, I would trade off the price and on site location of a WDW resort hotel for this condo's rate and location once again. For this reason I would certainly recommend this property to any group planning to stay all day at the park and not intending to return to their room early or for breaks.
