Old house reconstructed 2012 in old fashion style. In nice area close to sea and only one km from city center. Nearest beach is 100m and sand one, nice for small kids, only 200m. On the island Ugljan you can find everything you need for great vacation, all the rentals, restaurants, beaches, shops, extc. Island Ugljan is situated in front of Zadar, very close to 4 national parks. Perfect place to feel Dalmatian living and tasting home made food.
