Privlaka is an idyllic, tourist fishing town on the Zadar Riviera. It is located on the peninsula between Nin and the island of Vir, near the historic port city of Zadar. Here in the Apartments Laura, you can look forward to happy holidays in a relaxed and quiet atmosphere.

The holiday home built in 2016 is tastefully and modernly furnished. The apartment is about 80 square meters, air-conditioned and heated. It has an approximately 20 square meter terrace with limited sea views. Apartment Laura offers a heated outdoor pool and a furnished sun terrace. WiFi is free in all areas. A fireplace (grill) is available for guests on an additional shared terrace.
The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a dishwasher and an oven. The private bathroom has a shower and a hairdryer. Laundry facilities are also available.

Apartments Laura is located 80 meters from the sandy beach. The beach is not only suitable for swimmers but also for small children and non-swimmers. The beaches are away from traffic and noise.

Very nice appartement, good location!

We had a very good time, appartement, garden and pool area are very neatly! 5 mins walk to the sea. But you need a car to go to other nice beaches or several good restaurants e.g. in Nin.

Wunderschöne Unterkunft und sehr nette Vermieter

Unser Familienurlaub in Privlaka war sehr schön, die Unterkunft war wunderschön, sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Vermieterin war auch sehr freundlich. Der Pool war ein Luxus und der Strand war nur ein paar Meter entfernt. Wir empfehlen die Unterkunft weiter.

Jederzeit wieder !

Wir waren zu viert im unteren Apartment. Haus und Wohnung sind sehr modern und top gepflegt. Bis zum Meer sind es nur wenige Meter. Sowohl der Hausverwalter Mirko als auch die Eigentümer sind sehr hilfsbereit und konnten jederzeit kontaktiert werden. Es war ein rundum gelungener Urlaub, in einer sehr schönen Ferienwohnung.

Wunderschöne Ferienwohnung

Wir hatten in dem Objekt die Wohnung im EG. Es war ein richtig gelungender Urlaub. Es war alles sehr gepflegt. Bei Fragen könnten wir immer HM Mirko schreiben oder Anrufen, der war auch immer innerhalb von 5 Min da. Leider ist man auf ein Auto angewiesen, da es keine Einkaufsmöglichkeit um die Ecke gibt.

Wunderschönes und modernes Apartment auf knapp 90m2. Sehr nette Eigentümer und stets hilfsbereit. Wir waren als Familie hier mit 4 Personen und einem 3-jährigen Kind. Wir alle haben es sehr genossen und werden in ein paar Jahren mit 2 Kindern wieder kommen. ❤👍😀

Im Urlaub zu Hause fühlen

Wir hatten einen rundum gelungenen Urlaub in der Wohnung von Familie Hren. Die Wohnung ist liebevoll eingerichtet, sehr sauber und man fühlt sich direkt wohl. Der Pool war perfekt und auch das Meer erreicht man in 2 Minuten. Der Kontakt zu den Vermietern war sehr gut und unkompliziert, auch vor Ort ist man durch Hausverwalter Mirko bestens betreut. Privlaka ist ein ruhiger Ort und war für uns perfekt zum entspannen. Empfehlenswert!

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön, geräumig und sauber. Die ruhige Lage und die Nähe zum Meer war für uns die perfekte Wahl. Der Kontakt zu der Vermieterin war sehr positiv. Alle Fragen wurden beantwortet. Auch vor Ort hatte man immer einen Ansprechpartner. Alles in Allem einer der besten Urlaube der letzten Jahre.

perfekter Urlaub

Die Wohnung ist sehr großzügig und seht schön. Der Pool direkt vor der Türe. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Zum Strand zu Fuß keine 5 min. Wir wurden herzlich empfangen und bei Fragen war immer jemand für uns da. Der Pool würde täglich gereinigt und ich kümmert sich rührend um alle Belange. Alles in allem ein perfekter Urlaub.
