Outdoor Activities Year-Round!
Surrounded by rolling fields, manicured lawns, forest, pastures and miles of hiking trails, you don't really need to leave the property. But if you do decide to go "off-campus", you'll be amazed at how many attractions and destinations are located nearby!
Visit the beautiful 180 acre public land conservancy with its 35 acre pond and beautiful views of the Catskills, only 1 minute drive from the estate. The scenic pond is perfect for fishing or kayaking.
We're also within walking distance to the only indoor tennis facility in the area with three courts -- two hard and one soft Har-Tru.
BBQ and picnic on the brick inlaid patios next to the in-ground L shaped pool, surrounded by beautiful perennial gardens. Relax in the shade of the screened in porch. Hike or ride on the miles of Hunt Club trails, winding through the estate's private 60 acres.
Several fine golf courses, or drop your canoe in many lakes, ponds and rivers all just minutes away. There are five (5) nearby ski resorts which offer year round activities, including skiing, snow tubing, zip lines, rock climbing walls, water slides, miniature golf and more!

Private, luxury, yet family friendly estate, Bellavista Country Estate is a wonderful destination for all ages, whether you are looking for cultural activities, hiking /nature experiences or just great "chill" time with family and friends. I have been hosting guests at Bellavista Country Estate since 201, so I do understand what guests appreciate at a vacation rental home. We are always updating and adding new amenities for our many returning and new guests to enjoy!
What makes this property unique
The estate is located on 60 acres with a 10 acre front lawn and 1/8 mile driveway set far back from the country road.
You can relax in the beautiful in ground pool with no neighbors in sight, hike on the miles of trails, hang out in the 4500 square foot party barn for late night ping pong, foosball or dart tournaments...an additional entertainment level in the main house offers pinball, air hockey, indoor gym or movies. Shoot basketball or play volleyball, play-set for the kids...or just relax in the hammock while listening to the sounds of nature. Feed the fish and bullfrogs in the pond. In winter, there are the 5 nearby ski resorts, ice skating and snowshoeing. Enjoy this year round camp for all ages and if you want to leave "campus", there's excellent restaurants, art galleries, antiques, theater, dance performances, museums and more!
So much to do in the area, and if you can find the time, it's a short trip to Saratoga Springs or Cooperstown. We guarantee you won't be bored unless you want to be, and in that case, we'll provide the wine and hammock. Enjoy!!!
